This is a follow up to #Mixed, Midwifery & Facial Tattoos.    Our girl Kati has some follow up questions that Rowan asks DeShaun to weigh in on re midwifery programs and apprenticeships.  We all agree that "clean and neat" in appearance is subjective, and most likely is code for, as DeShaun says, "Look like a white girl."  Ugh.   So it is a real and gritty convo, and we desperately need all the midwives and future midwives to get this show on the road cause we need ya.
