Justin Brien had a 16-year battle with addiction and a lifelong mental health and self-worth struggle. He lost jobs, friendships, a son, a girlfriend, and nearly his life. He was hopeless and lost. This is his story and the power of him finding his WHY. Now he shows people that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I found it surprising that someone could have such low self-worth at a very young age.  Justin Brien is now a Mental Health Advocate, Inspirational Speaker and Professional Coach.
