When You Hit Rock Bottom
from Quiet In The Night · host Bill Scott
When You Hit Rock Bottom There are moments in life when you feel like you've hit rock bottom—when the weight of the world feels unbearable, and hope seems distant. In these moments, it's easy to feel alone, as though nothing will ever get better. But I want to remind you that God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). When you are at your lowest, He is there, not only to comfort you but to lift you up. Hitting rock bottom doesn't mean it's the end. In fact, it's often a turning point, a place where God can rebuild you stronger than before. Just like a seed must be buried in the soil to grow, sometimes we must go through difficult seasons to find the depth of God's grace and strength. Remember, you don't have to carry the weight alone. In your weakness, His power is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). Take a step back, lean into God, and trust that He will bring you through this. Your story isn't over yet—there is hope, there is restoration, and there is a future filled with His promises.
