When you were sweet sixteen (cover) (Remix2025)

A beautiful ballad written in 1898, by an American. Since then this has been associated with many artists, my own introduction to the song was after hearing a version by Davy Arthur and The Fureys, an irish folk group. It was quite a big hit and has become associated with them to the extent that many think of it as an Irish folk song,. This version has been remixed in Suno from a recording I made (just me and my uke) and posted on Soundcloud.
