When your adult child pulls away, it can feel like something in your life has quietly broken. You struggle with heartbreak, confusion, and a strong desire to make things right again. You notice the conversations change, the connection shifts, and you're left holding questions you never thought you'd have to ask. What happened? What do I do now? Will this ever be restored?
