When Your Choice is "Rank" - Talking RCV with Mikaela Enswiler

When ranked choice voting was being thrust on Alaskans, the advocates for it, if you remember, used the horrible analogy of ice cream preferences. Go to the shop and they don't have your favorite chocolate peanut butter ? Easy. You just choose rocky road or vanilla or rainbow unicorn.The problem ?  They didn't tell you that ultimately, you had to choose diesel or manure or acid flavored ice cream.  Sounds yummy right ?They also said it all had to do with getting rid of "dark money" when in fact, the progressives LOVE dark money. The more the better.
