When Your Plans for God Fall Apart
from 365 Christian Men
William Townsend dreamed of taking the gospel to people around the world, but debt and a devastating accident that left him deaf seemed to end that calling. Instead of giving up, he realized God had placed a "whole little world" around him—and his faithful influence helped shape generations of missionaries and Bible translators, including his son William Cameron Townsend, founder of Wycliffe Bible Translators. This story challenges Christian men to stop measuring their usefulness by their circumstances, abilities, or recognition. When your plans change, God can still use your faithfulness, your family, your work, and your influence for His purposes. Listen and consider: Who is the "little world" God has placed around you today? Join the mission. Be part of the impact — support here: 365 Christian Men Link
