With that in mind, what's repeatable? What are you already doing well in some areas of your life that could be applied to others? How do you want to feel this year? List a few emotions/sensations/states of being. What behaviors would help you feel those things more often? What do you need MORE of in your life? What do you want LESS of or not at all? How might saying "no" to some things make space for more "yes" to the things that really light you up? Are you following any arbitrary rules that are wasting your time and energy?
