When You're Struggling

Hello my beautiful friends, In today's episode of Intuition Academy I’m going to be talking about what I do when I’m feeling particularly low and am having a hard time plugging back into my spiritual practices. If you’ve listened to my episode about my reflections on 2024 you’ll know that I was struggling for a good portion of that year within my spiritual practice and was “tapped out” of the work and feeling rather uncomfortable for a lot of that time period. So today I thought it would be fun to talk about what to do when you’re feeling that way and how to get back into alignment from a low place. This will be a really good listen if you ever feel like you’re struggling and can’t reach a level of alignment that you’ve been able to in the past. Maybe you feel depressed, sad, angry, unmotivated, exhausted, or burnt out - really any low level emotional state that seems to have a grip on you.
