When You're Struggling With A Transitionary Season

The Law of Rhythm teaches us that nothing is permanent. The Fall season changes are upon us right now as I release this episode, but we are always in transitions in our lives. On this episode I share with you how I am using this season change as a moment to gain awareness on the other rhythms changing as well; business focuses/projects in motion, the kids school schedule back in effect, my physical body and what it is telling me as the days get shorter and cooler. The Law of Rhythm tells us that we are always in motion in and out of phases, stages, seasons and so forth. Each stage has its own purpose and function, but together they are essential for our situations. We must learn to honour where we are and where we are going simultaneously.
