On my face? Not likely I patted my pockets I searched in my bag I found a receipt And a gum wrapper rag Where are my glasses? Where are my glasses? I swear they were here Now they vanished, vanished Where are my glasses? I need my glasses (Where are my glasses?) I’m one squint away from panic I asked the mirror “Have you seen me?” It gave me back A blurry mystery I looked by the door I looked by the sink I looked in the place That I’d rather not think On top of my head Like a punchline tease I walked past them once Then found them with my knees I said, wait That’s my bad They were there I’m so glad Now I can see This embarrassing fact I lost my glasses While I was looking for my glasses Where are my glasses? Where are my glasses? I swear they were here Now they vanished, vanished Where are my glasses? I need my glasses (Where are my glasses?) I’m one squint away from panic I found my keys I found my phone I found a sock That has a home But every time I get too proud My glasses slip And play me loud Where are my glasses? Where are my glasses? I swear they were here Now they vanished, vanished Where are my glasses? I need my glasses (There are my glasses!) Right on my head, I missed it
