Layla is a native New Yorker, former longtime Boston resident, and graduate of two very prestigious Massachusetts institutions. After several years of work experience managing diversity, equity, and inclusion in corporate environments, Layla is in the process of shifting her career trajectory a bit, making her a perfect "Where are they now" guest. She discusses this transition including some of the psychological and interpersonal factors that has led her to this point in her career.
