This is the place where sports fans collide. Dennis, I am your host, Nickiana, Ken. I've got to get it right. It's Italian.
I'm going to get it right. Joining the other show we got, we have a show in Jai. Was Andy, was Andy. Q, six man.
What up? And FIFA said he should be on around probably about 15 minutes from now. But yeah, of course playoffs are live and in action. Minnesota still maintaining their 20-point lead over Memphis.
It was as I was 26, at one point when I had it on. Earlier. But yeah. So it was still plenty of time for the second seed to try to come back and steal this one.
So we'll see what happens. But yeah, this man, this will be kind of crazy if Minnesota actually win that joint. This game of this series, which one? Series.
I mean, I picked them. Should we start there? Yeah. Yeah, I'm feeling it.
I'm all in on the eighth and the Edwards hype. I'm all in on that. I'm feeling that. I'm a little dog.
I don't trust the Air Slow Russell to be consistently great all the time. But I think that Edwards and Kat can kind of get them to where they need to be along with like guys like Malik Beasley and Pat Bev staying in their ear. Like, yo, let's just, you know, do what you do best. And the Edwards go to the room, check your shots.
Kat, you know, that you're the best shooting big man of all time. That's your staple. Stay with that. You know what I mean?
You work them inside. And then what's, let's just run up and down the floor and let's just get these guys out of the floater offense by forcing them, you know, everything, everything out of the paint, like they cannot drive on us. They have to shoot, make the grizzly shoot. I feel like that's kind of what the game plan is.
And that's why I pick Minnesota in six. Personally, I don't think that the Grizzlies have been tested enough. Yeah. I thought Memphis would play a little bit better than they have so far after a pretty dominating win in the second game.
But yeah, you know, for them to be down like this and just get a man handle, man, I'm a little shocked. I got to give props to Minnesota for looking a little bit more mature and ready. Yeah, everybody's got a pitch again. So, but you know, these series, man, they, they, wow, very physical too, which is kind of crazy.
That was similar to what I was going to say too. It's crazy how this playoffs, you've been seeing a lot more strategizing from places like you got, you can't, this playoffs more than any other proof that talent is not the only thing that matters in the NBA. There is strategy involved and you're seeing so much defensive and offensive strategies being implemented and successful on teams that are outman talent wise, you know what I'm saying? So it's crazy to see these guys do some of the things that are doing and you see it across the board.
But in this series, you're right. I don't trust that though. That's the only thing I, and the other hand, has arrived. I think he's going to be fine.
It's just the other two. Now, Pat Bem has been leading pretty good. He's been showing some good leadership and makes the place to everybody's been chipping in. But I just don't, I just don't trust him.
I still think Memphis is going to get bright and shit. I just don't believe him. All season long, it's just something just doesn't feel, something just doesn't feel real about Memphis, man. It's just everything like with what John going out and then being able to put together a V-string of wins was like 17 wins or something without John, you know what I mean?
And we're like two or three losses, something of that nature. That just, that just screams to me like a team that is very well put together, but it's built for the regular season. For some reason, when a team isn't dependent enough to win on with their stars, I, for some reason, I just am kind of down on them for some reason. You know what I mean?
And that may sound so counterintuitive to what people think about what basketball, you shouldn't just be a one man team. But for the season to be such a long grind and for it to be kind of degraded to the point where this is now up and down type of competition now, it was doing AAU moves and what not regular season awards, being given out to players. When the fact of matter is most of these teams don't even care about the regular season like that. So most teams are just coasting to the playoffs.
So for the Memphis people to get those many wins without John just didn't really feel real to me. I'm not saying Taylor Jenkins is not putting together an incredible season, but Memphis, it's just it feels like fools go and now we're seeing that Memphis, they were now we're seeing that Minnesota is able to exploit their lack of shooting on the floor besides Desmond Bain. There's no real consistent three point guys on that Memphis team and John still doesn't have a pull up. He still doesn't have a mid range.
He may have a spot three, but if he's not slashing, that's how he gets until going and they're and they're cutting that off. They're making sure that he does against to the paint and then making sure that the fact that they're not getting to the paint is forcing contested jumpers and that's how they're up by 20 right now. Yeah, if he's gonna be many D way to D way, light or whatever, then he's gonna have to channel D way, but to win the series, you know, and everybody else has to play better. But maybe way did that in the in the in the down finals.
So the difference between the waiting yourself out of the first round and versus the final. So 100% 100% and people just going to step up, you know, your guys on this part just don't have to step up. They don't have to. But it's the kind of though, it's hard to say can they can or will they?
The the will they part is the biggest thing, but they still have a shot because it because all you're doing still one on the road, you need to win this next game, regardless. And your whole serve, you'll have home court advantage again and a chance to turn it around. You have a shot put it that way and we'll just see where it goes from there. But I think I think that they, you know, because of the fact that like, like we talked about not counting on Memphis, I don't count on either one of these seems to kind of hold, you know, to come out and produce big time consistently.
Minnesota is not a consistent team either. So it's saying that that's why I feel like Memphis has a shot. They have a shot though. Yeah, they definitely have a shot.
I just I just want to be the one to give them that shot person. Right. And that makes a hundred percent sense what you're saying because like I said, they ain't really proved anything so far. And we talked about it earlier.
Everybody thought when you think about it, you think Minnesota would be the younger team, but they're not they have the best choice across the board. So they're more battle tested than Memphis, even though Memphis is the higher seed. So yeah, I trust I don't I just don't it comes down to who wants it more and answers and those from these two coaches. That's that's really what it boils down to.
Absolutely. Dan's also doing a pretty good job right now. I think I think his pace, you know, like what he brings to the game as a point guard. If he can just channel his end or CP and just and just keep pace of the game, make the assists he needs to make, make the mid range pull up, she needs to make and just, you know, out that passes if he just focuses on the simple things and that's what makes the rest of such a such a few of any players that have those games where it's like do like the between the legs, pull back, step back is going, you know, I mean, the floaters going, the assists are going right.
And then like the very next game, blown layups, bad turnovers, you know, I mean, like bad body language, quote unquote, you know what I mean? Just why what people say. But from a night to night basis, we're like, Dan, bro, how do you go from dropping 31 and 10 to like giving us five points and two, three turnovers like that, that can't happen. But the sad thing is, is that I think he's still such a threat offensively that he that him just playing a B minus C plus series as long as Edwards and cat alternate between given B plus and A plus, you know, I mean, efforts, I think when I saw the consider when this shit because pepper, leaf, these, those guys, they just seem to, you know, be keeping everything in line with what needs to be, you know, done for the game plan.
You need those veterans who just when the moment gets tough, you're down six, down 10, you're up 20, even if you lose like, you know, seven points off that lead, they'll be like, Hey, always slipping or hey, we're down 10. All we do is get it to five before halftime or we're down 15. Just let's just get it to seven before halftime. You know what I mean?
I think that that like Minnesota, they're so young that it's like what people say, they're so young that they don't know that they're not supposed to be doing this. And Anthony Edwards, he has such a, I don't give a fuck attitude that I to believe in his swagger man. I think he's in, I think he's the next face of the NBA person. Hmm.
I mean, yes, yes, yes. Good things going for him, you know, the game. But I think in addition to that, and I just knocked out, there's this personality part to what he does. Like these real funny interviews, what people be saying.
So, you know, so he tends to be a little bit charismatic as well. And that goes a long way to being able to connect with fans, people like that sort of stuff. So but, you know, listen, it's still a whole quarter ago. You know, you're not the second I've seen them in the West for nothing.
I have to prove it, you know, with the epic comeback. And it could happen, but shit, the inch will rustle them down there. What do we want? I say sometimes we get as good of a shooter as he is.
He forgets, too. Yeah. But anyway, right, let's talk about Brooklyn. What Brooklyn that that's what we're trying to figure out.
I got a couple Super Champs and read both of these real quick. Tracy G. What's happening? Tracy G.
Everyone is starting. And we appreciate all the Super Chat logo. us a real channel. It helps us to give you more content and better content.
So we appreciate the love y'all. Tracy G said, I'm so here for these injuries, the Bull's Eastern Conference Finals, Minnesota and Pelican's Western Conference Finals. Let's go Bull's. Oh, whatever one here in Dennis Sports, we do not endorse the injury of any player in the National Basketball Association, but it is certainly a truism, Tracy that the injuries have made these series much more interesting.
As since we're talking about, I think we're going to get to Chicago, we're not so we're going to table that, but since we're going to talk about injury, even a guy like Ben Simmons for the Brooklyn Nets in that series, what they're talking about him possibly coming back what in the game for from I'm mistaken. That would be very interesting. I need to see what that would do. I don't know if you can do anything more than maybe like 15 minutes in the game, some five minutes parts here, defense five minutes parts here with the bench, let him let him let him let him just do some post moves or if he has him, you know, I mean, just, you know, push the rock and transition.
Yeah. Yeah. You know, I mean, if, you know, I don't know what he's been doing in these 11 months besides playing like, you know, call the war zone and shit. But um, you know, me beyond that, this series Boston up to oh, after, you know, hello, Ramadan, Kyrie, was going bonkers game one, the Jason Tatum finish that we all talked about on Tuesday and went over, y'all thought about Tuesday and just another masterful game from email, you know, you, Doka as a head coach of the Boston Celtics.
I've been saying for probably the past couple of weeks that I was 100% wrong with Jason Tatum. I'm definitely going to always admit when I'm wrong, but Jason Tatum, he's playing some celer defense on on Katie, but what has to be highlighted in this series, in my opinion, fellows is just how cool is Steve Nash Luke's and how nobody saying anything about it. I don't get how it's not more highlighted with you. I mean, we see the joke sometimes that the one about the picture of the guy's shoe.
But other than that, I don't see how they're just ignoring that in the mainstream media because he is absolutely done. Nothing. Like he's done nothing as far as being a coach is concerned, but staying there and pace on the sidelines. I saw somebody say that like, that's all you see him there doing is pacing on the sidelines.
It's just crazy to me. It's just crazy to me. Hey, how he even has a job, but be how he's doing nothing to get away with. So he's like, he looks like Mike McCarthy of NBA personally.
He's just there to collect the check and he's just there to whoever really runs the show, which maybe just Katie and Kyrie. He's like, Katie, he got that whole franchise in the headlock, whatever. He says he's leveraging all leave. I will leave.
That's my contract with the big y'all trait guy, or if you don't bring in this guy, I'm a be unhappy. And Katie's demeanor is reportedly very volatile. His willingness to stay long term is already due to the fabric of the NBA right now. It's the clock that's cut different for these guys.
So I think what we're seeing now is going back to Brooklyn to 02. If Stephen Ash is not willing to generate some movement off the ball, if they can get some cross screens going, if they can get some pin downs going, if they can get some high pick and roll, actually, maybe with like drumming and KDE. I don't even know, dude, like, Kyrie got to come off some screens more than just coming down the court, guys has free form. That transition pick that they're running, I don't think it was really working.
And plus Brooklyn is just such an offensive team that I don't think they have the defensive personnel at all to even mess with Boston when they go home. So I don't even know if Stephen Ash could remedy this. He might be in a frank-vocal situation. Well, they should come back to Boston, manage to eke out to wins.
Thanks to great coach Abba. Like you said, Udoku? Yeah, he may Udoku, yeah. He may Udoku.
And the hell served. You know how these things go? If things sometimes appear to change when you go home, and we'll see what happens to go down with Ria would be devastating. And we're going to have to ask a lot of questions if that happens and it gets swelled for, it's a gentleman's suite.
But when you have KDE and Kyrie and you have a sizable lead like that, I thought that game was over. And for all intents and purposes, that game should have been over. I know they made some some great adjustments. I'm just going to talk about what you guys are saying, because I didn't get a chance to watch it because we were shooting.
But yeah, the game should have been around. Like you have KDE and Kyrie, he's an offensive juggernaut. How do you let that happen? So somewhat inescapable.
And I think that if you think about a number of players that if this happened to, you know, it would be a lot of discussion around it. But one thing I was telling Nick, man, KDE, look, oh man. I think it started, bro. I think it's, I disagree only on the basis there.
I don't think it's old. I think it's just aware and terrible. What they've been asking this man to do. But Kyrie's part-time shit that he's been doing, Kyrie's conditioning is not there yet.
You know, I mean, even if he's been hoping playing fives and some local YMCA and Brooklyn shit, that doesn't mean that he's an NBA condition. So for him to come back part-time and playing against the best in the world, you saw that in the towards the end of the regular season when he was able to go full-time, he would have a 50-point game, no shots missed. Then the very next game when it was back to back, have like 13, 20 points on terrible shooting percentage because he's not there yet. His legs have gone through the wear tear of at least a 50-game stint of playing full-on.
So the reason why KDEs had to place 35, 38, 40 plus many games back to back to back, just to keep these guys in contention, I think that's catching up to him. I think that that may be an age thing in terms of like, you're no longer 27, 28, so you can't just put on that load like you were used to. But to me, this is not like the tread is starting to come off the tires of KDE as like still in a lead player. This is just more so, you're no longer that young man and you can't ask a guy towards the latter half of his prime, maybe like the last two or three years.
You can't ask him to put out this much output when no one else on his team can come along with him except for part-time Kyrie. So now we're seeing it now where Boston, like there's zoning him, there's like, there's sweating the ball out of his hands. I was watching a video, I don't remember who did the thing with Ball Don't Stop, but he was pointing out some really good film where KDEs shot pocket where he brings the ball up when he's in his prone position. Because Boston defenders, you know, you know, you're doka coaching against him in San Antonio, coaching for him in Brooklyn last year when he was on the bench and coaching with him in Tokyo just last year when they were in the Olympics.
He's seen endless tape of KDE and what we're seeing right now and people won't, some people won't get it, some people won't. What we're seeing right now with his shot pocket is they're getting their hands right up in there. So when he's bringing the ball up, that's why the ball out. When he's driven the ball, they're showing two guys every single time.
And they have a defender in the banking like Al Horford, he has to be the unsum hero of this series so far because for him to look like this at this advanced age of his career to still be able to slide his feet on the perimeter, this shit is otherworldly to me and people need to recognize what they're seeing. So I say all this to say, KDE is being forced to be the decision maker. And this is the issue. Steph got all the double teams in Golden State.
Clay and Steph, they took the attention away. You know what I mean? KDE left this situation in OKC because they were not doubling for us. They weren't doubling Roberson.
They were all, they were doubling him. And that's where even you doka and pop in 2014 figure that out is, oh wait, he's not a natural pastor of the basketball. Let's make him make the decisions because he's a natural born. I just want to get the ball hoop.
That's what KDE said all the time. I just want to hoop. But when you have guys like Steph, you have guys like LeBron, they normally pick the defense apart with, in Steph's case, passing the ball and moving off the ball. And in LeBron's case, when the Celtics double him or if the Clippers double him or whoever it is, the nugget team, they double him.
He's picking you apart with passing. KDE's not that type of guy. So that's where we're seeing the disconnect and that's where he's struggling. Yeah, but he's also dribbling in this traffic.
When I say that, you're right with the double comment. They're not showing it as early as most teams would. They're coming kind of late. So when he makes his move, there's somebody stepping into that lane with him and like you said, they roughed him up too.
They don't really care about fouls. They're filing them because I've got me free throws you shot. But they're making it really, really tough on KDE and it's frustrating to him. And he looks one, like you said, his usage rate has been high and he looks a little worn out.
And in those hands of light, well, they own that ball. Like you said, they're in that pocket and they're making those plays. And it's happening so often, you know, I saw it in that first game, they had a million turnovers and I kept saying, dang, man, they're tripping KDE like it's nothing. We even saw the shot block this last game.
Well, I'll tell him block the shot. He just looks, he don't look as proud. So Kim, what you were saying, this kind of truth is like, you know, his legs are failing him right now. And you're right.
Kyrie is not, he had a couple turnovers through that way. He's not the Kyrie that we're used to. And he's in Ramadan. So he's eating the drinking nothing all day.
And that's kind of hard to do with a playoff and to be effective. It's simple. So you see the result of a lot of different things. The team is getting used to each other because they haven't played together all that much too.
And the fact that there's no adjustments being made. So it's more about the X and O's in a series like this than any other. This is the main one you talk about, adjustments. And you talk about strategy and gameplay.
One team is playing off our pure, we got talent, we got most. We don't have talent. The other team is we're going to strategize you and use our strengths. And it's working.
It's working. It's too old when it easily could be O2 right now. That should have been O2 right now. If you look at the way it is.
If Steve, if Steve and ask a coach and make adjustments, they don't come apart down the stretch of that last 90 seconds. That last 90 seconds was some of the most atrocious noncoaching game one. I mean, so the most atrocious noncoaching I've ever seen. And in game two, you have a 17 point lead, Steve Nash and the talent on that team that has to take it home.
And this is why I'm not confident enough in not coming back to two is because can you be for sure that you're going to get the same level output from Bruce Brown? Was right? Like what their first 12 of 17 points or something? Was right?
Is Kihi counted to do that again? Can Kyrie be counted to give you a 40 piece? You know what I mean? Like, right?
It's like, I don't know, man. I see it. I see it being five or six games personally. I think that Boston, they're going to eke out these wins because that's just where I think the talent of Katie and Kyrie will come in where it's just gonna be hard games to win, but they're winnable games for Boston.
But that's just that's a testament to them being top 75 guys. Well, Kyrie should have been a top 75 guy. I have not been watching this game. This game is time.
Yeah, they've only 21 runs. I'm like that. I never looked up at the screen. I've been looking down and then I turn it to the other game and see what's going on.
And I come back in this 83 83. Yeah, that's crazy. That's crazy right there. A lot of that goes to tell you what I'm talking about.
It's just, you know, they got loads of talent, but it's just you can't depend on those guys like that. You can depend on most of this happen when most of this is on Finch. He had his B squad in for the last couple of minutes of the third quarter trying to basically, um, you know, some minutes time and cockiness turned up all over sloppy play, Jack and shots up, and Memphis got momentum. So man, you try to insert cat and AE.
And at that point, you know, it's it's down there too late. So that's what happened. The Angela Russell did really do a good job of like controlling the pace or settling the team down when Memphis where when people can't get out of the community, what's going on that run? So yeah, that's and then Carl Anthony Town's getting silly files called on.
So here we are. That's crazy, man. I still think that they go with this game personally, but this is what they have to do. You know what I mean?
For Anthony Edwards and them. They this is the going pains to play. I was like, you just have to, you know, blow your leads. You have to blow your series.
You have to, you know, like figure it out. And I believe in Ant-Man enough for them to be able to win these areas, but if they lose a series, I'm not going to be surprised either. But I do have them win this year in seven. If the answer was okay, you know, bring it back.
That's just what I think. But I see what this is being done than the other. I just I just don't see them winning the series. And I think I think I see a Memphis and six.
And they tell you like wrong, because he's going to definitely be Minnesota and seven Minnesota has been in every single game. The only reason why they are a good file. That's a playoff file. The only reason why they are, in my opinion, too, all right now is because of their inexperience.
But the talent is there. And I feel like they have enough veteran leadership that they can overcome it enough against this team. You know what I'm saying? Last year was the first year that Memphis got into the playoffs, right?
So they had a little bit of success. They still haven't got slapped. You know what I'm saying? This would be a slap to them.
And I think this honestly would be better for Memphis and better for Minnesota if Memphis lost in Minnesota one. I think it actually helps both teams in the longer. The only problem with it, people was that they were up. How much were they up like 23?
One was six, I think. It was something crazy. And they were like, I'm talking about dominating this game. So for and Ken, you said it in the third quarter.
What I'm thinking about here, what you said and like, no, it's it. Moving on to the next game. You said we still got a quarter to go and they come back. But in mind, I was like, not going to be able to.
So coming back, that's up. That's up. And that can kind of catapult a team like Memphis. That's not a team that I want to have confident.
I would have wanted to have won this game by 20 something. Yeah, I think it's um, you know, it's just, you got to learn. You know, it's kind of like what you were saying. You have to learn that these leads just because you're up, it don't mean anything like, you know, don't give up in the playoffs when they're down 26 because these games matter more than they do in the regular season.
So they keep coming at you and keep coming at you like that. So you have to play smarter and take care of the ball. And, you know, they were just doing a lot of silly stuff. And uh, and I don't think Finch did a good job of like stopping that run.
So that means an 18 0 run, you know, and then those one point be easily just, you'll just catch the ball. He shot like, breeze back to bat. So no good sets run. So, you know, it is what I see it is because I wasn't even looking at that game.
I counted that from pretty much out and I was trying to, you know, get a few of this Dallas game. But yeah, that's crazy. But like you said, it is the playoffs and it happens. It does happen.
So, and you're dealing with two, you know, new playoff teams. So now that's the sub on Utah again, I was one of my picks that I was going to win series. I'm not going to get this from yet, but that's crazy to see too. It's just crazy how these games are going.
I mean, I think that these playoffs have just been so volatile. The only series that's been like pretty much like what I guess after last night, it's insane. But six of series, the only series where it's like, oh shit, well, that's just kind of not going to die with the Red River. It's over.
But you know what I mean, but yeah, everything else, everyone else is live. You know what I mean? I think even that series like Toronto, blue deli, they could have gotten back in it. But Philly didn't quit and came back and just they got it within striking distance like, you know, in the second hand and that was enough.
And then in B kind of got going in the third quarter. And you saw a difference and you saw what coaching could actually do in that one. And what I mean by that, when things got chaotic in game one with one of their plays, Nash didn't call the timeout. And when things got chaotic in that Philly game, Doc Rivers called the timeout.
It was a little late, but he called the timeout with 0.9 seconds left, called up a play and then he hit a turnaround fade away three to win the game because he didn't left that possession, go to waste. It practically almost did. He managed to salvage something out of it. Who knows what could Nash could have done if he could have just called a timeout with like two seconds left, then he set up some type of play when everything was going to rock.
But that's that's the difference between Nash and Doc Rivers. So experience and unexperienced. It's like when you when you've been the war, like you know, it's like in that foxhole, you know, there's like in the trenches. So many situations you've been there before when when bombs dropping, you know what to do with shots of fire, you know, you know where to go.
Like when sirens is going off, you don't get alarmed. But like when a guy who ain't never been a war before is in the trenches and you got certain level of talent on the other side that knows what to do. It's took and Steve Nash looks very frazzled. Finch, he looks very frazzled, but coaches like him coaches, even if you have played the game because guys like Doc Rivers played the game, but they also had so much experience with the awaits and, you know, the cell takes in the Clippers and whatnot.
You've taken the losses, you've blown the series leads. So you know a little bit of what to do. Guys like Finch, they're just trying to figure it out. And the talent on the court, like the superstar or burgeoning superstar talent on the wolves, they have to go through it themselves first.
You can't give somebody first-hand experience by telling them what to do. They have to just see it. So right now they've got to figure it out. And I think that Minnesota has enough nuclear talent in Edwards and sometimes towns to get this done.
I think y'all can also get hot too. But it's just something about this grisly team that I just I don't know, man. I just I just don't believe it. I just I just don't believe it yet.
They they they're just they're just too young for me to believe this. You know what it is? Yeah. What it is.
What it is. What Memphis they don't have a legit bucket getter. Jod is nice, but Jod is the preeminent point guard, right? He's CP3, 2, 3.0, whatever you want to call him, right?
Because he can score when you need him. He does whatever the game needs him to do, right? And he has an uncanny ability of understanding timing. But they don't have a guy that's just that his sole job is getting buckets.
We're seeing Brandon Ingram in these playoffs show you why he was the dropping that he was. And some people just take a little bit longer to bake. But you can't undeniable. You can't tell me Brandon Ingram is not like one of the top guys to go get you a bucket.
He's proving that. You know what I'm saying? And to me Memphis don't have that guy. They got the big man that could do a little bit of everything with JJ.
You got job. But who's the guy that just don't look at buckets? You know, and I feel like that's where Memphis or Memphis that's what Minnesota was a couple years ago before they got care. That's my main closest thing.
He's the closest thing to that. But he's still not there yet as far as that is. Oh, no, no, no. He's not.
But when we're evaluating the teams, what do they need? That's what Memphis needs. Yeah, it's going to take if you draft the guy obviously is going to take a little while to get to a championship type of level. But that's what they need.
The Clippers, the Lobs City Clippers, that's what they missed. Wow. They haven't been there before bucket getter. They haven't been there tonight because I realized he had 26, 714 and 3.
You do you know who would somebody realistic? I don't think that this team can actually bring him back. It depending on what his price tag is going to be. Do you know who would make the Grizzlies for me?
Like I believe in that bucket getter. Like I like Jordan Poole on this Grizzlies team would make me be like, all right, they got everything that they need. They got Jared Jackson, defensive angry. They got the Curry type duel now.
They got Jordan Poole and that got a job. So that's your big three. Just run with that. Everyone else filling the holes.
But John being, I still a slasher at heart needing, you know, oral types of help in terms of shooting around him. He can't get his own bucket yet like that beyond going to the cup and you know, just being more athletic than guys. He's not a pull up, they range dude. I think they could just need that little 10 footer.
I think that's it. You all know what? In the bag. What year is this for John?
Was it a third year now? Well, second year. Sorry. Okay.
He hasn't even hit his third year. And in the theory of FIFA, third year is where you start to understand where to attack. John is just at an elevated level. So he has a good sense.
He's naturally a point guard, but when to attack the score that what you're talking about you, which I 100% agree with, but I feel he has it. He doesn't know when to unleash it all the time at an elevated effective level, efficient level. I think next year we'll see that. And that's why I said, I think it's good for them to lose because you see John having, you know, back to back turnovers, I don't know what they call it just now, but to get that ass whoop it, how do I get better?
Because he had a tremendous season. Now you got a nitpick. Why we don't get past the first round. I can have that stigma from that type of superstar.
It elevates him for these Minnesota Timberwolves. I feel like they have enough vets to get there and let and and and cat and I don't know what else happening with D-Lo, but let them boys take over, get to the second round and get smacked. I think that would be even better for them. But either way, both of these squads, man, like they're going to be in the playoffs for years to come.
Years to come. Minnesota is not building either. That's what's going to make them even better. They still need like, they probably still need that long wing, you know what I mean?
Like they still need like, you know, in the vein of a Jeremy Grant, I think somebody who can do more offensively, they could find a guy like that. That's probably the prototype or a stretch for. You said Minnesota? Yeah, just for Minnesota.
Just like that long wing type. I feel like D-Lo is the only effort I mean personally. I don't know what D-Lo is going to be, I think, as constructed a wing type. But I think more of the fender though, like lockdown guy, because look, it's just going to continue to grow and it's going to be almost a 30 point score in his league once he really starts to scratch his prime.
Like this dude, he's just going to be dominant. He's 19, 20 years old. This is me. Look at him.
He's the size of all these NBA guys right now. If you keep in mind, you got that defender and leader. I would think they needed a knock down shooter too. Somebody that can penetrate and do his thing and kick it out.
Yeah. That's what I mean. Like the camera Johnson type. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Perfect. Because you know, he would just fit in perfect with this thing. Mm-hmm.
Absolutely. Oh. Even even even guys like to a lesser degree in this same vein, not him as a player, but got like, even like a Galenari would be really nice as like an intermediate piece. Yeah.
Yeah. Like all the bench can do for these play off runs. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. But that's how you got to come down, bro. Oh, yeah. He got to be like a six million kind of guy, nine or 18, 19 million not hell.
Yeah, for sure. Oh, good. No question. You can so you take Jordan pool.
I'm never been. Oh, yeah, right now. Yeah, I would. I pretty much all day just just just because his bag is deeper.
I think that's my biggest game is going to be a great role player in his league. I think that Jordan pool has potential to one day we could look up and say he's top top 17 dude top. Like he's Bradley Beale right now where Bradley Beale is. He could be that like he could be that type of talent where people would be like, I agree with you because like like, even when you I don't know when you mentioned during pool, I love doing too.
And I still do. I'm just thinking right now if you were picking like if I was picking a team from this way off, well, what from this playoffs Jordan pool and killing it. But there's my main has been more consistent this year. If that makes sense this whole year, there's my main has been that guy.
He's been behind. He's been behind as far as you know, the highlights and stuff like that. But he's been getting the done he's averaging what 19 and he would have been getting what he needed. Just for free girls.
Now give me Jordan pool, bro. Jordan played and asked to play. He's been asked to play point and he's excelling at that right now. He got curried off the bench.
Like what? And here's the crazy thing. First of all, in the first two games, he's averaging 29 and a half points a game. He's allowing stuff curry to come off the bench to stuff curry's gonna wild.
But not only the can he play point guard, he can play off ball. That's not for a point guard. That's not easy to do. Play ball like that and still being aggressive.
Like, yo, look, Ken, first of all, thank you for jumping on the Jordan pool train. I just I want to put it out there that preseason preseason, your boy told you about Jordan pool. That's all I want to say. I gave you that like months ago, though.
I feel you, but I'm just saying like the way he bought it right now, not just you, Ken. I'm talking to the chat and everybody. I remember coming on the show. I was like, oh, yeah, you're right about Jordan pool.
He's nice. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
He's been that guy. I was people. I told God, I was what you do when he drafted him. I told you he was good at this.
I like what he brought to the tape. He's always been that type of player, but they whole team was like that, though. You can pull. They put the the scrubs into the game.
Those guys are all players. They all can get you 20. But I think you want to point out. I'm gonna see someone to play with one can.
Come on, bro. Come on, get your 26. You're about to hold one. Moody got you 20 in the game this year.
Let's look at any player in the game. You can get your 20 in the game. That's what I say at any point. No, not not consistently.
Some of these Oh, you're talking about consistently. I mean, what I'm saying is when you need them in spots, all those guys can play go to say the deepest team in the league, any of them guys can play. Any of them guys can play. And I'm talking about you have Moody who we get no minutes.
Sometimes he was starting that one point and he scored 26 in the game they won. So that's what I'm saying. So those guys coming to Scott Anderson coming in and playing major minutes in the next night, he don't play at all. They're going to go.
But they are what my point is that that team is well constructed in their leadership from stuff and those guys. He got those guys playing good. So Jordan Poole, what he's doing is you know, it can be expected he's that good and he's playing with some guys that allow him to be there. Sometimes one of them.
What you're doing. You know what? I'll give you this Shelton because that only has eight points and he just been in foul trouble. And that's why I think that what they needed Minnesota is probably like a defensive stretch for somebody who's just a defense and then I mean trust me the defense with a three and then somebody who could also like be a more of an enforcer to cats like outside of game.
He just turned it over to again down seven he turned it over. Yeah, man. I don't know. We got a super chat.
Let me get a couple of these out from Kevin Timothy. Kevin what's up man? Kevin Kevin said last month I said the Celtics have the best defense I've seen since the 04 Pistons and most of y'all thought I was crazy. I was seeing the first two games of the Celtics men series.
Y'all still think I'm crazy? Yeah. Yeah, that's that's that's that's that's that's the sense the old since the 04 Pistons. Please remember we saw the Spurs with Kawhi Leonard in 2014 not locked down the chains but neutralized LeBron down the stretch and turned everybody on that he team looking like they had no idea what they were doing.
So that was a great defense. I think that also you have to look at some other great defenses like I'm sorry much again since the same time as y'all. But um there's definitely been other great defenses man. The Spurs had multiple years where they were fantastic.
I think that you have what's the name of that? I was the team the grisities with Zach Randolph and Marcus Saul had great defenses too. But the tellers is certainly up there. I think that they're up there and that's why you're seeing they have long enough defenders to bother Katie to extend that for doing what we talked about earlier.
They're just doubling Katie then they're forcing him to be the decision maker and this is the separation where I always talk about him and LeBron like I said earlier if you chime in on this but that's where the separation is. When you double LeBron LeBron go pick you apart with passing. When you double KD he's got to force more shots or he's got to move the ball and help somebody like I recon take over and that's where LeBron to me has the like the two steps up on KD as an all-time player is you can try to double him and he's gonna find the open man he's gonna kill you in the corner you know what I mean he don't got to have the ball. LeBron's floor game is impeccable bro like you know the only other player that I've seen when my own two eyes and I didn't see a lot of him like in his prime like that but Magic Johnson like literally like pick you apart back to the defense all the way at the three point line and I know where everybody's gonna be at.
So it's double or it's tough to double LeBron especially when he got shooters because he gonna hit you in the shooting pocket. Duce is gonna hit shots you know and that is the difference but again it's just a different archetype you know KD is a natural born scorer so he's doing what MJ would have done. You double MJ you're gonna fade away to the side you didn't come to. You know what I'm saying like that's just what he's gonna do he's gonna make the pass that he has or that he's forced to make where LeBron is like bro I'd rather have 20 assists than you know 20 points most games but it's just he's so dominant that he's gonna get 20 points like he's gonna get eight assists you know that is the difference though between okay but that is the difference between the two.
Yeah KD is just not he's not seeing that double coming they come in that hard and fast and they're like they're real hands they're getting their hands on the ball every single time when he's trying to break it up shoot and they're stripping him like I've never like it's turn over at the turnover it doesn't even look like the KD we know that's why I started trying to look at him a little bit more like he can't write what he's saying I think it looked like it looked like it like oh yeah it's crazy I don't think it's like I said I don't think it's KD getting old I think it's KD is older so now you can't expect him to play 40 minutes down the stretch of the season just to get here and now what kind of res conditioning like I said Kyrie's conditioning is not where it needs to be because he was part time so yeah you have a 40 point game one night 50 points on you know no shots missed the next night he got you know 20 points on 24 shots because his legs ain't there yet to endure the grind of a full season so KD he's gonna be alright man he's gonna do what he do I think next game we're probably gonna see about like 29 on 13 shots you know I mean let me do make like 10 out of 13 29 get get to the line but will that be enough because can you count on who's brown to get you 12 points of the first 16 points probably not can you count on going dry like to turn back the hands of time again for second game in a row maybe it's on Monday so maybe the rest will help them all or the rest might help the young Celtics get more film get them more ready Jalen Brown even though he came alive towards the end of that game down the brown ain't even having the best games you know me Jason Tatum by all means he had a great game playing defense on KD but he wasn't a spectacular like you know scorer so maybe that helps him when he was still get his shit going uh Al Horford he's older so that's not gonna help him so I just think that the pendulum has swung too much to where Boston is right now so for this train to stop hey that boy Matt see though and now yeah that's what I'm saying like people slept I think as I was as I watched those games what Hardin may have done is it may have taken pressure off Matt see and allow him to kind of settle in and do what he do you know hard and just kind of control the game just place the play point and just let Matt see you know go to work you saw you saw like somebody familiar Ken who's that me on that 365 trying to talk to Nick oh Hardin Hardin has graduated I still do believe that he's hobbled by the hamstring and he will get half an step back uh once he does conditioning and training this offseason but he's never going to be even with the hamstring fully back to where it's gonna be wherever because it's not gonna be the same but I think he can get back to 80% of what he was pre-endry in Brooklyn but even then even even then when he gets back I think he's graduated his game to being more CP light where it's like I'm controlling the pace of the game and I'm drawing these doubles I'm going to the cup I'm dishing out I know how to control the clock I'm gonna get your well his looks I'm gonna you know say the 2020 between the legs and then I'll kick the maxi he's gonna fly to the rim and get an easy tool because the guy can't stay in front of him so all the attention like you're saying that Maxi would get if he was just in this situation next to Joel Hardin has done such an incredible job of compartmentalizing the game for all the young guys and for all the role players who just need like me and he needs to know where he has to be Danny Green he's a veteran but Hardin slows the game down so much that I think it has only helped Tyree's maxi figure out oh wait I'm just a buggy getter I just get buckets all right where I don't have to worry about pace I got to worry about getting this is James got me and and and quietest cat James Hardin is playing some really solid defense uh this series he's playing really solid the only last couple last game he has some pretty bad possessions but most of the time this season game one game two and for half a game three he's been playing very solid defense so that narrative needs to stop the James Hardin don't play no defense he's been playing some solid deep you I agree with most of the stuff you say but you but one thing he keeps saying with certainty like he gonna work out this summer I think he will man I think he will he motivate about that money I mean most of these players he like James we know when James is when he's his money he gonna work out he's gonna get it regardless yeah that's what I'm saying with people in the match I ain't got no faith in that man going to work out to some of the time but that's why I think the incentives in those type of contracts like you've got to come into camp blah blah blah you know why because there's other teams that wouldn't put that in the contract that he got there I don't think he wants that smoke I think that he's was the point where I think he's was the point where if he's like all right I'm leaving I'm leaving for Lee I'm going to Utah that's not happening I don't believe that you talk about it today I don't I don't believe that James Hardin would do his do his name that bad where if you've already been through Brooklyn blah blah blah I think him and Darlin we have a relationship he's like look James I need you to come in the camp and shake I just need that dude I think that they have a rapport here I believe the Santa Claus for a long time and it is not real that man ain't working out that man ain't going never what he been doing I don't know but I just don't see him going into the summer like I'm gonna go hard at this I'm I just don't see you know he don't have to go hard he's got to get in shape like you ain't gotta go hard just do what you did to get in shape and Houston the same shit you know I mean like even if he doesn't go get into the most peak condition or just get your hamstring right that's all I care about and everything else you came into Brooklyn the same way that you probably were when you first got hit a Philly and you were MVP candidate before the hamstring so just drop maybe five six pounds and make sure you say you just right that's all I care about you know it was just a booker might be out about two to three weeks Pels and seven Pels and seven see y'all thought I was crazy when I said the Pels was going in one like bro there was an all-in games when the games is tight man use your eyes see they had nothing with CJ people stop people and I'm being real they would not have wanted a game that that man had went down period and they were the one I feel you because the man had 31 in the first half yeah they wanted that one so that prediction to me I threw that one I called a sweet for for the sun but I threw that prediction out the window as soon as that man went down because I think the Pels are good team I have no doubts about that but that's our team was the suns and you wouldn't stop him you would see p3 that first game he took it to him that second game the book was taking it to him that was nothing they could do and it was nothing they could do well what do they do now because book is a lot on that team bro like that's gonna be hard to replace super hard it was hard enough to replace Chris Paul but I think book is a lot more difficult because of his shot making ability in creation that's hard to replace you're just gonna have to knee guys to step up and play that tough defense like they played a game one you really gonna have to get up and that it was it was a lot of good defense in the first game to these series and Phoenix was one those guys were playing some in your face and it was a great adjustment by with a green in those pelicans because he got them believing and the fact that they came out that second game and adjusted to the defense depression and was able to get off a brand and eagle and create his own shot shoot over the top of the fenders you just really got to get back up until again like you did in the first game and if you do that with Chris Paul playing well which is gonna be hard for him to do that night in and out but you still got a chance to win who goes who goes check behind who mccail bridges are mccail bridges get all right he's gonna check now who goes check cj take router come on those play a few tables garden bread and even that first game and that first game they did a pretty good job defensively on on like I said that first game they was up in them all over the court they were switching good they was playing they was playing you know Phoenix Un basketball it just looked good defensively and but that second game once he went down you could tell him just like it was like a heavyweight fight when you get caught with one that's what happened and it took a heroic effort for New Orleans to win that game they were making some impossible shots so it's saying that it's still gonna be tough for New Orleans to win it but I would I pull it for him because I would agree well the green is got these boys playing Herb Jones looks like one of the best young defensive guys in a league I think that Bernie Ingram has graduated to being better than dudes like I say this season he's been betting dudes like on a minute like Bernie Ingram I mean uh Bradley Bill I think he's graduated into that tier where it's like it was this is a top 12 top 10 potential guy right here we're seeing that you know when I watch BI man his floor game does dictate to me top 10 top 12 overall definitely top 5 at his position top 18ish yeah but but he's definitely a top 5 bucket hitter he elevated the back this year like you just like I'm gonna go my buckets you better just hope I miss like that that's that's where he's at now like well with six 10 6 11 with that wingspan you know I want to say he was 30 mid-range scoring this season with three point range I think I think the thing for him he obviously has gotten better season after season but to really be like to serve all of the other deficiencies he got an average more free throws a game he got to get closer to 10 free throws throw free throws a game he gets there he becomes elite because now he we're talking he's averaging 26 28 30 that's that's so let me let me go out names just we don't have to put this in a ranking but just for this season or health aside you take them take them over Paul George this season this season yeah he's a conversation yeah yeah yeah you say he said sorry we including health they're not including health we could just from what we saw when they won the court like Paul George right he was healthy so somewhat now Paul George is still yeah Paul George is still yeah better what you say from over gently brown yes yes i would take him over down a Mitchell yeah that's a conversation what gives him he is his size and the fact that he can you know you can work in a different position absolutely um it's just gonna be two more names you want to take him over what's your card would you take him over take him over calling these towns i would personally i think i think running ingram has another level to go you know what cat gives you in size and physicality and rim protection that's hard to give up but offensively yes i take bi over cat offensively the total package is kind of 50 50 like i don't feel like i'm losing anything if i swap it like we're just gonna be as good i think that's a compulsion to do that i like from the uh that cat has a display yet in the play off yes especially especially especially this year cat yeah yeah he looks like he's looked so comfortable games like he looks comfortable being a leader like that and that's what's been impressive last one you'll take uh would you take him over zack Levine yes it's a conversation for me it's a conversation for me i think it's very close yeah i think zack once he gets up with us experience i think it's gonna be a different conversation just like bi i get this with us experience but yeah you know i i love him both i think bi should to higher percentage and again the size so i will take bi after that yeah well transition now we're talking about zack Levine let me give you a couple super test first yeah because we got a bunch of them to get to someone i gotta feed with these real quick um jay mecca jay mecca said uh the math is looking still looking competitive and we get look back on Saturday night uh might finally win a series since 2011 who's well who's who's the who's the y'all getting looking back yeah i actually know good yeah they're up there up 17 right now but we know 17 points he's the first half down me but i mean well it is the jay so the jay hasn't really gonna do much i think i'm micha he already looking up teams that he want to get ready to do so yeah i'm sure that i think i was gonna win a pick that was the winner series you did i didn't pick him but i dang man i'm not losing to a lucas team um that's that's a lot you know that's not a jay's team for that because he had these guys ready to play it don't matter everybody's ready to play but you should still you should still be losing no no you can express it 17 at home this makes no damn sense by 17 at home so let's say and y'all watch it i'm definitely watching this go to stay game it's the only i ready man i know that it started yeah it just started and this boy jordan poo man look that man he started to become a fair bro he different it's it's a cheat code that when you got step coming up bitch like you can it is it's like i mean it sounds so funny to say like step coming out the bench well what what you got for that i'm mad like imagine you gignole as buss by door and put like damn right he's and then you got number 30 and checking in off the bench like that's just fucking crazy oh man the bench players on on the nuggets is like why can't do this yeah like why y'all the and that's why i mean i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry all respect the yoke is but his body language is terrible in this series yeah he's body needs is terrible oh this is over this game and that's why defense matters so when i'd say y'all is saying b to me are the nbps and that's what the conversation needs to be at i'm talking about the entire game dude that's because somebody is having a magnificent season on one side of court and all in all respect to yoke is what mike malone do these are generational beings probably the best passing big man we've ever seen but in terms of just output on both sides of the court defense and offense and beating y'all is what they do is so dominant that i just can't give it to yoke it's when i see him give this kind of effort down o2 you know i just can't say that's my nvp i just personally can't say yeah and that's what makes it so hard to and y'all know i was i was on the nb trade i mean on the yoke is straight early and the reason why i was eight i felt like he was doing a lot um early on he was and two i felt like me rather i felt like the the media was gonna give it to him i just felt like he was the winner so i was just saying that you know you might go just wrap it up but you know this is hindsight we still got more you know more games to play he's no longer my nvp he's just not and you're right um it definitely is your inbeats nvp to lose if they extended it on that's why i was saying we'll figure out some kind of way to kind of extend it on because this regular season nvp thing is a joke it really really is yeah i hope you know they just maybe they need to make a playoff nvp they maybe they need to make you know i mean just first time they have final nvp i think they're adding more awards or perhaps factoring in the first round would be pretty dope personally correct i would say i would say would include at least the first round because this like i said this it wouldn't be a contest if they included the first round and it was it was razor razor being close to me in the regular season as it was but these playoffs it's not a question who the most valuable player in this league is it's not it's not a question absolutely but um what's crazy for sure y'all i'm gonna get you the next one i was just gonna say real quick about the golden state thing too what's crazy and i don't know if y'all think about this but i think about it sometimes wiggans is the all star on the sea and wiggans wiggans does nothing that's what's crazy you have no he does a lot he does a lot he's just it's not a splashy or splashy as some of the other players but what he does is very important it's he's he's lubricant the same way that um dremon green is where you know i'm saying like he allows that to work he allows that leetoh weapon three line up to work road you know say like he just does because he's a smaller guy that can guard bigs and smalls he can guard guys smaller and bigger than him when i say that i mean you know what i'll respect to him i mean like he's like the fifth or six person you think about oh 100 people yes 100 people he's like the six person you think about on this team and he's all sorry that's crazy and that's literally the six the six guys wait but hold on before you can say that super chat can i gotta ask you you know say the ownership of the gold estate warrior said that they were light years ahead do you do you do you agree we'll see what they do next year i see you taking a kennepurpts can they light years ahead bro because this boy Jordan pool is special we still haven't even seen james wiseman they got a do named commingo like can i say that because i want to see i want to see wiseman bro i feel you i feel you but even if wiseman is uh is mediocre even if he's just mediocre it's still not fair and people you can go back to last year and before when everybody was on this step is leaving train i was like step in going nowhere step guy we got to make where he is he got it made where i said just hold on i don't know y'all car but i was the only one singing that back then i this this is what i expected to see but you know they gotta stay healthy that's the only thing is and that's what i fear from this scene because keeping everybody healthy is really hard to do we've already seen that spray-offs and this is one of the most fragile things out there these guys go down like like nothing so i just hope yeah yeah and it's out you know i'm saying i just really hope that they can keep it together we get exciting basketball forward if one of them go down this playoffs to me is is it's already bad enough because and that's why i was going to ask y'all to win with Tracy gave her a super chat y'all feel like that like if you're like you you for example if the sixes are in the finals and they play go to if step gets hurt is it part of you kind of like excited about that at least or is that something that you don't want to see how does that make you feel as a fan i hold two i hold two emotions at the same time where it's like right as a basketball fan like that's a bullshit where it's like i would love to just beat step when he's step right when you're the one when you're a fan of a player if any of a team like if it's doing the beat of the sixes i would be like well we got the ring to get a fucking we ball you know i mean it is but like as a basketball fan it's like damn bro i do want to see middleton uh healthy i do want to see book or healthy but it's like on the same accord i get like i think it was just a joke i hope so but when Tracy's saying she's here for the injuries i think she's saying like she's here for the extension of the drama of what the three three words like pelicans could possibly win instead of no chicago could possibly win this now maybe you know where it's like there's with a way that koruso's playing defense and the way that levine and dorozin they just come alive now like the way that billy donathan i think another one of kens favorite coaches uh is figuring out ways to you know actually get his guys open shots i think that he's learned from his thing in okay see so i'm just here i'm here for the drama i'm definitely not here for the injury so what about you ken um i mean it depends on the outcome of the games right so the pelicans win damn we didn't get a chance to see the sons get to the to the final four possible rematch that may not happen because middleton gov so we both of the two teams that played in the finals have key injuries on their team which may impact their ability to get back in the in the playoffs so yeah that you know it's gonna open the door for a lot of other teams if they capitalize on it and you know i just want to you know i want to give shout outs to coaches who've learned you know i think that the game has evolved to the point now where there's room for coaches who had stints that stints at other franchises they figured out ways to correct their you know their bs connect career correct their losses correct their errors of their ways guys like jason kid who went from milwauke to brokland to fail stints to sitting behind vovial and learning defensive what we're seeing now what was a great defensive coach and what is he doing right now to dandamential and new to our jazz they're playing great defense uh i think that jason kid is putting on a complete masterpiece right now email you doka learning from pop you know i mean i think he had bad sense but shit even like i just said billy dandament and um okay see having uh Kevin Duran and Russell Westbrook and not being able to catch that i think that getting two other scores now you're seeing what he would have done differently if he had probably been given a chance again to coach russ and katie in their primes so i just want to give shout out to that too did you say doc a doc as well i mean honestly i mean shit is well for right now for right now i mean like oh fuck you speaking about that list dude i'm like i i can't until it's three until it's four oh i can't say nothing about doc but i'm mad as you know q man because you when the Sixers made this train you sung their praises they they want those first three games you were singing their praises when they lost those couple games you counted them out you completely counted them out now i'll be back on this train you said you said they losing this first round i thought they were i'm actually shocked that they're not losing these other games i think i think i think that joy would be as shocked me to the point where i'm like but we were down 17 and that was the game where i feel like it'd be turned the corner where it's like okay this is a different animal now this is no longer just a well because y'all would have played off conkers man he would stomach it stomach issue beat down 14 points and he would have those games where he just had like 17 and 5 and we're like oh that's not enough doc but for him to just get in his bag in the third quarter for him to play such great rim protecting defense and that's like a half against the Raptors i have to keep it all in front of me where it's like i'm excited that they're doing this they should be doing this just just because i picked against them in this first round doesn't mean that now all of a sudden because they're winning and i think that we have everything it takes to go all the way i still think that miami can pose hella problems for us i will be confident in that series for it to go six or seven i wouldn't be shocked if we lose or win that series i wouldn't be shocked we got our ass taken in that series but when i look at teams like boston when i look at teams like brooklyn if we face them i don't think we have the perimeter defenders capable of stopping uh days and telling them the day on brown or karaoke and that's where i'm afraid that when it comes when i say we don't have what it takes to get over that hump but the middle team is gonna be out for the rest of playoffs or he's gonna be hobbled going forward and brooklyn gets bounced out and boston doesn't have robbie williams it's all bets are off and i just gotta kind of reevaluate but you know what we gotta evaluate something man because you said a whole bunch of nothing like so what do you believe now because at first you was with filly now you're like oh you're surprised that like so my thing is this and this is what i say steadfast on the entire season right especially when it comes to the playoffs don't nobody have nothing for no joel and b bro and all of that is nice out there just to tell you i'm in all of this this and the third and what brooklyn brings as well what's you gonna do with that man in the middle because he can guard y'all i'm not gonna say a joe for garcade you know but if he switch on you like it's not just buckets you're gonna have to work for that and then on the other end he's gonna dominate you at every level but did y'all see the fade away as he was doing so he's killing people in the mid range he's killing people down low he's he hit what is you gonna do with a seven footer that got handed got IQ got a chemotherapy on packet ain't nothing that they're gonna do and here's the thing you i feel you when you say that you wouldn't be surprised i wouldn't be surprised either because the others are more questionable than the greatness of joel and b however joel has been smacked in the playoffs joel has had that tie he's beyond the five the three to five to understand what he is now he understands what he means to do and he's dominant the entire game of offense and i don't give a damn what they got bro i don't know how you stop that in the east i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm not walking with the size whoa this man is this man's gonna make bambook small if they play the heat keep keep going dominate uh uh low pass and y'all just don't got nothing from that low i think if you're the teams man your jobs should be just make sure they'll nobody else get out when it goes to eat yeah we gonna start we gonna we gonna shut max you down you don't get here and that's where and that's where i think that's where i think that's where i think of bossing poses problems i don't think joel and b has any issues with any team of these like y'all saying um but when it comes to just the team game i think e-mail you don't can can physically neutralize hard neutralize max and they do out of these kids to play out of year they can put him they can put him mark and smart one on and beat and shut him down please please please please please please please please please please they can't do that with me no my god no if it was if it was a no guy like a go bear if it was a town's hell yeah no either one of them don't even want that i would they would probably be worse the town's gotta go bears get eight up about to be you're right california yeah fifo dsa curbs going to play that like with brawn so the queue they both have put up i'm not against i'm still not saying that's not gonna happen i think that that's the possibility in the next couple years but y'all don't stay there but that's for me um joe's bro said can't he queue i want you guys on record luca is back game for how do you think you'll play and how far can he take the man's and he's play else if he's back game for i don't think he'll need to come back game for because i think it jazz is terrible um so send him out let his calf because you saw what happened when you tried to rush back you know tearing his shit was out for what a whole year whole county year so i think you can't rush no calf strain no calf tear none of that shit that like i didn't i didn't have a micro tear in my bread that shit took about nine months and we just gonna be able to get back on the court so obviously these guys have better prognosis than i do so maybe it's not as bad as that but i wouldn't risk any of it if he does have to come back though he gonna be luca for as long as he can be luca until that thing does what to do i mean shit he may come back and mess everything up like you talk honestly i'm gonna be honest without him he could have said what does that say what i want you on record what does that say about the fact that they probably get their first win and luca may not even have the test report it says recall i may be have not been the coach that he needed that's important because it was not his number two that they needed probably that's 100 true and the thing about it is he can't tear his calf and that's cuz he's gonna jump um Tracy g said what's up Tracy again she said i have faith in kd but i agree they lost that game to non coaching double team kd they got to get the ball out to self-brewths patty and l.a on the floor they put they put sef curry in in the blender dude like they like ema udoka knows like he not stupid he made a doka he's been behind pop when he sees a little guy like sef curry on the court he's like okay oh no no you think you're gonna hide this dude on the court no dale and brown we're gonna put you in the pickle right now back his little ass down and he put two up that's all it is every single time it's silly stop it and that's just that's just kind of what the genius of it you do because doing where you just see that that spur seasoning all over this game plan if you go back you look at the grizzly series you go back you look at golden state uh game six versus okay see if you go back you look at the spurts 2014 they're doing a mixture of all of those defenses to kd right now force him to put the ball in the floor force him to make the decisions putting a zone around him showing him double even false doubles you know i mean making him think that it's a double coming in it's not moving defender out the way he drives do steps in lane it's charges picks the ball out of his his hands they're getting into shooting pocket it's it's all bad it's like it's it looks really bad for him right now and i think that this is how kd is always struggling in the playoffs is when teams have this type of personnel to do this type of scheme it's i don't think that this is a new thing that we've seen him kd actually this is just how he's always struggling when he's struggling yep uh nate the great said uh we forget kd will be 34 still and he always and yeah he has man well he can look that josh bro josh bro said uh if utah loons they should trade go bear and pick to pair micha with another star who can score 20 plus at night not gonna happen micha don't micha's out man if he's not out they're gonna have to convince him that they are going to bring in a bonafide star but which star wants to play in utah salt lake city utah you got to think about it man these these players are still people this players still want to get you know get to pop on the weekend it's like what's popping in salt lake city no disrespect to any ukulele of tall you know i mean like mormons like we want to go to mass like i mean what is so whatever catholic's and mormons like that's like i got in utah so it's like you got to either bring in another bonafide star that is just like oh shit we got him like if they've by you know not go with it they got a jolan beat oh shit i'm saying right if we just lose our mind and trade for go bears i'm oh shit i'm saying but beyond that he's like man give me to my ami give me to the nicks get me to anywhere give me to the clipper anywhere you need to do like i do not want to be here anymore i'm tired of this quince nighter we're just shooting everything off and it's and i'm bro i need to be in a big market i deserve that my talent deserves that i'm in a dida signature shoe guy my star needs to rise so send me somewhere i can get some shit by me yep uh mardi micha fly with him mardi mardi said mardi smart defense player yet what's your thoughts fifo do you want to go to be at q i want to go to the bid no man mardi smart mardi smart has is putting on this season he's putting on a very versatile defensive uh highlight reel i think that he has shown that he's easily one of the more adaptable guys that you can put on guys one through four damn near um but his defense on guards and premier guards this this season it's been nothing more than nothing i think short of gerry pay and so i just give him all of the praise and he definitely deserved it and if he didn't get it i would have wanted mckail bridges to get it or if mckail they'd get it i would have wanted bam to get it fuck over here i'm not trying to see that i think you get this shit but no yeah no i'm living in radio saying the same thing fifo thoughts on market spark winning defense the player of the year i never said that the man can't play defense i never said he wasn't really i just had an issue with saying that you could put him on big men and it'd be okay like that's about now can he guard him in you know switches here there of course but we're not saying market smart is a small ball for it so that was my only point but yeah of course like i'm 100% fine with that yep that's what i think it was more misunderstand yeah i'm not saying he can't guard or he's not break defender or top three defending the NBA no just saying he can't he's not drink up now you give him three four more inches then yeah he is drink but he's not dream up you know Rob Rob constant with a Rob Rob said uh quick read about my rapper's face these delusive people try to push the sea outcome over mb.d.f. weeks kind of glad to really give me peace shut them up still low my rappers team though. they're trying to a real thing in the basketball that's that's admit the truth you even though it's just squad you know that that ain't you know that ain't no no they're not in the same planet yeah not at all not at all let me ask y'all this question real quick so before you get to the next week chat do you think that den Grisha played twin towers with joker and um uh the market center at the same time why so like what would they help to punish them down low when they try to walk on the office inside and just zone them up defensively they'll put the markets in your joker in that blender so quick in that pickle action like but how they're playing zone they'll be they'll be they'll be down if you if you're in this zone they're just gonna shoot over the top you i wouldn't i wouldn't do that now what they just did just work they went to the markets down low you know just just let him get busy on um oh boy because they ain't got nothing for him down low but i don't think i'm gonna stay curious i think i think you got to match up and go to state want to go to state got to match up see but see but see but that's the problem though that's the problem right there Shelton is that in basketball when you dictate style um and flow it again you're gonna win and that was the problem of the gold estate warriors and the Dallas Mavericks way back when i'm talking about Baron Davis when they were the AC the Stephen Jackson Matt Barnes Warriors right the problem with Dallas and Avery Bradley was they tried to play that small ball he got smoked and that was one of the first times that you know just you know my coach your brain started activating saying like okay well if you dictate how we're going to play and it's to your advantage you're obviously gonna wait because it's to your advantage and i feel that teams now now granted like dream on is unfair because this man could go guard joker you know what I'm saying he could go out here on the perimeter and dribble and all this type of stuff so i know he makes it unfair but still i feel like you have to counter it by punching him in the mouth and let him do what they like you you gotta put those guys and that's more about running up in foul trouble or you just gonna give me these two every time i think i just think that i can only work at the same car i don't i don't think he has the i don't think he's fried enough to make that happen um but i hear i hear what you mean when you're saying dictate style i have a lot of the same criticism of like a guy like dr river just mind like bro just like you know in past playoffs series i'm like bro dictate the style like we need to make this a grind out game we've been in joell and whatnot but i just think that doing what mike Malone does you know putting the ball in joker's hands and just doing exactly what got in here for him to switch it up now i think it would just be too much of a style change where now you just kind of like throwing shit at the wall where we're just kind of stick with your game plan but but the thing is is like in my opinion at least off i understand the offensive they will be hell of a swap obviously um but joker and bloody can coexist because they're two bigs that can hit perimeter shots and they both could go download it and obviously joker can handle the ball a little bit more than the market but they both have enough handle that not like you're just not gonna rip me either you know what i think you know the pelicans when they have a book before the injury and ad if i had that squad against you know gona states what i would definitely play those two bigs but i just feel and i feel a lot like charles bark you know this is one of charles bark these criticisms with teams that play a good govistane and i understand that everybody doesn't have a personal but you gotta punish them you gotta like you gotta like you gotta and i understand that they should have very high percentage of three but like you gotta you know shoot two feet away from the basket against that and force force them to get fouled i just think that transition would be like slaughtered like but i could you know if you go down three oh shit you gotta try something again try something that's awesome that's the one move that i was hoping that go to state made with this law stuff i was think about it would be to bring in boogie when they had a chance to i thought that they needed an extra post player and somebody like him who could actually shoot from the perimeter when you need him to he wouldn't you wouldn't need him to play major minnesota be a star you need you needed another big body at the time i figured they were bringing me in but they didn't i think that that would push this team over the top i guess maybe they were expected wise going to be back by now because they don't have really any size other than um uh kevin come on looney but yeah and dream mind dream mind dream mind dream mind you have to say aside because he guards bigger than himself well i was i mean other than him is what i'm saying okay because i'm okay dream mind is so sturdy man dream mind is so sturdy that yogis can try to bounce off and all all day long dream mind is not going anywhere like his center of gravity is just so he's just he's just thorough man like he throws air like i can say he's just thorough and with the way that he just plays defense the way that he stays down the way he knows when to slap the ball out of guys hands when i bring it up the way that he knows when to jump his timing is impeccable his weight that he carries the way he could go around it's just you know he's he's all time cute you know there was a play in this particular game it was in the first quarter it was early like a couple possessions in but um it was one play the play right before dream mind hit the three off of clay Thompson's assist um he was guarding joker one on one hands up and joker couldn't move him and joker missed that shot and you know like when we talk on on on this um you know uh that in sports here and we got Nick on Tuesdays and niggas i don't fucking somebody that ever six points a game either blue guy did that and how does he that value about the numbers though and it's like bro plays like that there's no snap for him he didn't get a block and he can steal but he stopped joker from scoring invaluable and that creates the fast break and that creates the fast break so that's why drinking long like obviously stuff is the engine but without drinking mind you can't play that's not a basketball and that's what makes it completely unfair now obviously you add a joint pool to the mix and it's just like yo like what the head like and now clay is just basically cow clover 5.0 you know me it's just like oh i'm just catching shit i heard you and that may come into play you may need clay to be the old clay at some point if not this year hopefully but um in terms of defense he may never be that guy again but he can maybe get back to you know being a much more serviceable defense player he is right now so he's just coming back from a couple months of injury so we're gonna see what's going on but i think that what the Warriors have right now is there in like i think jennieta redick said we're there in that third iteration of the window and this is rarefied air not a lot of guys get there like the bulls they got there what bulls really don't have two bulls had two when jorney was there he retorty came back back yeah two of them the only other team that's had done this is probably the spurs three iterations of the window revitalized because you had sim dunkin and david robison that window you know every johnson and them shawn elliot then you got you know a big re-estino exactly and then we got the kawaii version mmm mmm yeah man can go this state is light years ahead of the NBA it's not fair it's not fair it's not fair it's amazing uh we got more superchares yeah we got one more from josh uh josh with uh jereco who's duo had a more disappointing time in their teams uh kd and kari or pg and kawaii mmm that's actually really tough um i'm gonna say kari and kd mmm i'm gonna say pg and kawaii just just that's just because oh wow just because we expected them to go out in a much more dramatic fashion than that um they they they went out like straight pumps to me uh it was like three one every game it was walking all down you couldn't execute i get it docked and the pieces probably weren't there pepa mantras harrow everywhere he was he always complained about nag and playtime i don't know what until you enjoy that but um it's like you know so when it comes to that i probably say pg and kawaii man kawaii's just coming off of the finals and shit come on dude what yeah i i'm gonna say kd and kari because their previous situations were winning situations and they both decided to leave great situations uh kawaii was you know immersionary and pop ship them as far as way as you could and he was there for one year and did what he did um teamed up with pg that requested a trade but to me when you look at kd and kari like their profiles are more elevated than both kawaii and pg coming into the situation and then again leaving situations that are better than that was better than their current situation that says a lot about those guys so to me if you're gonna leave situations like that like you gotta elevate and they have not um so to me that's been more disappointing overall well last series we gotta just pick up real quick because we gotta get about here if we have more super chats but um with middleton down uh chicago got got a chance how we feel in you know i revitalized my pick i had to restructure i think chicago is seven now if middleton's i don't wow going against the nvp huh i love yannas man it's just something feels weird about this bucks team without middleton there and even with them there that offense it just looks really weird against chicago chicago it was in that first game they could have won it down the stretch of game one if dorozan just hits like four more shots it's like okay no this is two oh so without middleton there the defensive pressure is only honest and no longer just be the greatest help roaming defender that we've ever seen he's got to be on ball with more guys now and drew can only do so much holding up that offensive end and the defensive end i think lavin and dorozan gonna start cooking any in chicago too come on um it's gonna be interesting i still i still think that the bucks was someone find a way to pull it off um you know i watched that game that they won and middleton was a big part of how they managed to get back in the game but dorozan was like he was on another level like everything he put up was going in like damn everything the seven and fourth quarter until he got that that lucky roll on that drop to the hoop to basically put the game away but um but i don't know man i i think yannas have found a way to get it done i i can somehow find see other guys stepping up but middleton is a big big part of this team i mean i think people sometimes really they look so much at yannas that they really don't value the contributions that middleton gives them um so but i think they should chicago they just i don't know if they ready yet you know that was the first win against uh the bus this this season they were one and fifteen against all the winning teams now there's a chance to to make amends of that in the playoffs is to do it and middleton going would be the way to get it done but about going out in the first round that'd be like a nuts yeah so imagine imagine the mba finals uh finalists both going out in both conferences first round that's in the way they're going out as it was gonna be bad that's the only thing about it that they were going out standing up there'd be different two laws of team players on both sides that's the that's the storyline and that's the part that makes it hard for me um i don't think that minnesota will lose the first round because i really don't think that things will either but the second round is when it's gonna get tricky and how those guys are able to respond if they're able to come back it all because what's christ middleton's injury mcl's bro i think he's out with somebody six eight weeks they said are reevaluating us two weeks from now but most of the time in six eight weeks for full recovery yeah that's crazy because because both of those injuries your body will tell you you're okay and then one false little it's a wrap it's a wrap especially a hamstring bro especially a hamstring you never know you just it's just it's like in basketball it's never really jumping it's never really you know me like the the shooting it's always that lateral movement on defense or it's that or it's that oh shit that we turn the ball over i was going one way i got turned on pretty quick you know i mean you're like oh shit you know me mcl as well so that's just it's just real i don't know man i feel fine i'm i'm i'm gonna stick with the books i picked the books originally um what i say five man i definitely think chicago definitely has an opportunity but i'm gonna pick the books and seven now i definitely think chicago's gonna push the boys and chicago's hungry enough where they got enough dogs on that team where it's like they sent blood they go in attack but i just don't see what they what they could do with yannes right like yannes ain't nothing there um i just i believe that the others on that mawaukey team um you know they'll step up for one game all of the others just need one game to be great and zoo be solid yannes hey look bro hey you superman i need 35 now i mean they did a last year so wasn't middle to hurt last year for a couple of games anyone yeah i was like yannes and drew all the day stepped up either way this is a championship level team so people got to step up yeah and and like i said it took a heroic effort when you see games like one that uh rose and had in last game it's just tough to do that again that kind of stuff it's hard to do to win three more games it's gonna be tough to do it three more times on this milwaukey team because they're not gonna lie to him to do that not to get off like that i mean they was not like they were trying to it was everybody in his face man he just got knocking them bitches down right and that's what's hard to do you know i'm saying that would be hard to keep knocking them if he does man more power to him but i just don't think it's it's possible to expect him to still be that good with that kind of defense on him who the rosin yes and that's where zach levien at home comes in he's the plane at home zaxes this is exactly being first put off birth so he was never going to be that good in a hostile territory it's like a milwaukey but now that he's back home we're gonna get a 30-85 point game one of these games even if the rosin gives you like 21 and that's all he needs one of those guys got to get 30 plus that's that's the formula one of those guys got to get 30 plus karooso got to get at least three steals he got to take at least three charges and patreon's has to be able to not get absolutely murdered by jonnys if he can make it tough for jonnys jonnys don't get his 30 in 10 it's gonna happen but as long as rohaldy don't go off for more than 20 that's the formula to win yeah i don't think he has to be you know just automatic shelter i think he'll be somewhere in the middle between that and it's horrible game one but i think if you you meet him in the middle and then you add him playing at home and uh zach levene maybe going off and groose or chipping in who's a bitch you know who knows mm-hmm we get to see what what uh jonnys and those guys are really made up now though so it really is just gonna take you know jonnys doing what he does you know you still got low page you still got how they you still got math you still got players oh Bobby pours which is one of my favorites on that team so they still got you know pieces Bobby pours only had two points in that's game but they played very many yeah they got hurt so we we'll see what happens going forward with them i think they'll be okay i think they'll they'll still pull out i really you had um what was the one thing you had that was football related q dbo yeah i know it's something that we needed to touch it i mean should y'all think you're going um y'all think you're going you think uh san francisco's going to pay you know i mean that's that's that's our last topic for the night there's a contract there i think this is all on dbo right now um which is very interesting because dbo had a hell of a season i want to say it was like 300 plus yards rushing six rushing touchdowns uh fourteen hundred yards receiving and that was with a mediocre jimmy g um and you know i've been touting traylance as the air parrot you know the next young gun to step up and do something and for dbo to like one about even though san franc is offering you know they say top five ybc for money i don't know man i might have to i might have to reevaluate my assessment of traylance because to me if if a ybc receives you every day in practice and it's like and i'm good but i rather go somewhere else that says a lot to me um so i got to reevaluate traylance i know we talking dbo but i think dbo's out of there man i i you know i don't think this is jousting i think san franc understands about your dbo but dudes like dbo don't last you know you know i think he's probably good yeah and i think you know we've never seen somebody at the wider stream position this physical you know we've talked about to hines war um megatron you know andrey johnson but there's there's never been a dude like dbo so i don't know about the long term but i give him the money but he wants to bounce that's a lot and the things the thing about those guys that you name are all the same as their big guys dbo's a lot smaller and a lot less durable and that's the thing we got the best um we had the best year we could have had out of dbo this year um he played awesome football that he proved to be a valuable player that deserves that money but can you count on them for 17 games a year can you count on them for the playoffs i don't know about that and i mean physically i don't mean talent wise we know we get talent wise but how do you know things right how many other games is he gonna play and i heard he doesn't really want to play running back anymore somebody they won't go to what we can be an exclusive wide receiver but and there's there's a million suitors out there there's a ton of teams that would look good with a dbo i i saw they mentioned green bay there's a huge possibility um you talk about uh what somebody else you could you could definitely use him in Kansas City as a replacement for to regale in his explosiveness um there's a few teams that they name the Jets they talked about the Jets heaven saying that um it would make it a lot easier on Zack realton in this transition i'm gonna want to keep mentioning the Jets for everything because who want to go i would want to cut me off other than the fact that he's gonna go if that's his issue but i just i i will get why he leaves that friend he's at a place where he can be comfortable and and he's that guy as long as they're paying him anyway i think that um if you have a team like we just saw with Tyree killed in uh Kansas City and they refuse to pay him dbo is looking at this like i said in the chat um dbo is looking at this from that situation where he's like they didn't pay him and he just got this big ass payday from the dolphins i don't know what effect that my position like like y'all saying from what they asked of me in San Francisco to be a running back and to be the slot guy to be outside they asked me to do multiple things i'm really a non-qb i'm a multi-scale position guy so what they're looking at in dbo's camp has to be i'm never gonna be this healthy whenever guys is young i'm never gonna have this much leverage so i can either sign a little bull bsd and you know probably have the cap go up in a couple years or just i think it's going up next year so right now he's like no bro y'all have to pay me and y'all got to pay me 20 million a year i'm having to get a hundred million a dollar deal and i'm gonna have to get at least 80 million of that we'll just take the hometown discount everything right now to try the first round pick and pay him well not like i said at least the reports that i've read have all said that san fran is making them a top five wide receiver so they're not paying them pennies not only think my thing so if i was brokary niz the debos salamu was deal um from san fran there's the his stock is as high as it's going to get right now it will never be this high and that's not to say he won't play well again but the odds are against it based off his past so in saying that he has to capitalize right now these guys need to get to the money sooner than later you only have so many years in this league and this is a temporary job it's not a full time like for everybody especially in a position like him and playing the way he does play the game he has to get the money as soon as possible he can't wait another year he can't play on this rookie deal for one more year he can't afford to imagine imagine if that didn't get his money you know what i mean like that i heard and jerry wanted him to go into the season and prove it again whereas like debos like bro i don't have anything else to prove obviously san francisco's looking at him like they're not gonna say it but they look at debos like he's a product of the shinning hand system because because before that he didn't put up these numbers he got full integration into the system and now he had a career year and they're looking at him like dude i can bring him like i had calcium and i'm never gonna say it but they like do i can find five more debos angels that look and fit in right into my system i'm not about to pay you four million four years i hunted in ten million knots i haven't go ahead and think about it is this we've already seen because if you had told me at the end of the season a year ago from today if you told me reeba betrayed the bontaias uh Kansas didn't trade tarry here you out of it like you crazy all right you don't trade that you don't get no better than those two you know some of them traded stuff on this yeah you know saying you know dehape traded those those are the top four wild outs that we just named in football pew so if it ever be traded anybody can anybody can get it ain't nobody's saying yeah exactly nobody's saying so debo yeah you know debo and i think in the same thing we talk about him and his value being higher same thing with san francisco his trade value will never be higher than this right now too of course so in saying that if you're gonna move on uh this draft time is the time to do it because there are some nice wide receivers in this draft there are teams with multiple first round picks that if you know if you swing hard enough you get enough leverage with these other teams you can kind of maneuver that in your in your favor so now is the time to get it done now is the time to get it done this is receiver heavy draft and you got teams with multiple picks that are in need of a receiver and will take debo over anybody in this draft absolutely yeah i mean close it up man let me ask that one more thing before y'all get off real quick did y'all see whether the national player of the year uh oscar to see weight you played at contucky's coming back to school no i didn't anyway a lot of people came to the go pro real quick um he signed a seven figure nyl deal and it decided to go back to contucky so a lot that's that's kind of changing the landscape of basketball it's like i'm having fun in college and now i can get paid to do it why would i turn pro you know i'm saying so you got a lot of these guys that are going back to school which is funny because now i think you'll see a couple of these guys kind of hang around um my brother was talking about it earlier how mikey mike we was a student in high school and he's a millionaire already so it's crazy that these guys are getting his money earlier than ever before but shout out to these dudes for getting that money there's one more thing i wanted to bring up too before we get out of here erin gordon has officially become the worst contract in basketball this one i'm just putting it out there it wasn't ergo in a minute it's field john wall you can't you can't but you know but john was gonna get traded bought out something you know like you haven't seen john once in a year it's okay i'm outside of mine you know i'm saying so and in the russell was brought in he's about to be he only has one more deal one more year he just signed this vote like erring gordon just signed their marriage to this contract for at least a couple years this is not good that like no no he looked good he looked good when he was when he was um when everybody was there erring gordon did what they needed for him to do he looked good then i don't know i don't know what's the happening of course but but here's the thing right like i agree with you shelter because you got mpj jamant you know i'm saying so i can't you don't have to do much when you get paid like that when you get paid like that you should be able to do now you gotta do more than seven points a game correct yeah and i yeah i grew to you but he he at the time like i said at the time with those guys were there he was going 16 18 points a game but he had a lot more open opportunities it was easier for him to get that he was you know he was a garbage man but with this line up you expect him to step up and he ain't going to go he ain't got it you know he ain't got it fifo um emani's transferring what you going oh interesting probably to mention against a where you should have went the first time no okay time is gonna get them right and i'm saying you know none against penny on that but i'm just saying time is old you know has a track record now so all right well that's gonna do it for us tonight man we appreciate you guys coming through and we'll catch you guys on Tuesday we out peace
