Where do I began!?

This first episode I will touch bases on what this podcast is all about and my motivation and journey to begin it. I'm a mom of 4 kids and 1 fur pup kid. I am a mental health counselor at a local correctional center here in Lafayette,La. being a full-time working mom/wife can be stressful and hard! Without the trials and testimonies I've endured I wouldn't be mentally and physically as strong as I am today! Let's help each other to be a better us!
