Where Do Storms Come From?

Believers all experience spiritual storms which test and try us. Thoughts will come like, “Why would God allow this? Where was God? Why didn’t He protect me?” There are at least five different aspects of the storms that com into our lives. First and foremost, in John 10:10, Jesus said, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” He made it very clear where the stealing, killing and destruction comes from! Storms can also come from our wrong decisions, or from disobedience.
