Where have all the good drivers gone?

Perhaps a better question is...Why are there so many bad drivers? The quality of driving on our roads has gone sharply downhill, I know it, you know it, everyone knows it and we are going to talk about it! We will also work on fixing it...together, as a team. There is a lot of ground to cover with this one but I kept it under 30 minutes as I respect your time. That is about 1.5 miles of walking...not bad.
