What do you hold onto when your body is tired, your mind won’t rest, or life suddenly shifts in a way you didn’t see coming? This episode is about healing—in every form it shows up. At the centre of this is a truth we return to in this episode: Jesus bore a painful death on the cross and took the lashes on His back for us. By those stripes, there is healing available to us. He took every sickness—known and unknown—and carried it on the cross so we don’t have to live under it. He wore a crown of thorns upon His head, taking on the weight of anxiety, worry, and mental distress A promise of healing is something already given—something you learn to receive, sit with, and return to. And how do you do that? By believing in the finished work of the cross. By focussing on Jesus - the Word - no matter what the situation is, as much as you can, day and night. “My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.
