Tyler and Chase are teaming up to push player development to a new level. Tyler recently moved to Pittsburgh to join Chase in opening up a new facility called Battleground Baseball Group. They want to provide an environment where all coaches are working together to provide a better learning environment for players. They have also been putting together hitting plans for hitters from a holistic lens. Not just focusing on meaningless metrics, technology, or phrases that the player doesn’t value. Using the player’s language and having a conversation with the player to find out what’s important to them.
