WHERE THE HELL IS BECERRA?

from The Sean Hannity Show Hosted by Sean Hannity

A fiery political warning from New York to California: this episode argues that illegal immigration, missing migrant children, fentanyl exposure, and California’s collapsing public safety are all connected. If you want the blunt case for why Steve Hilton is surging while Xavier Becerra is under scrutiny, this one is impossible to ignore. Lynda McLaughlin opens with the human cost of sanctuary city politics, from children brought into subway car candy sales to the incentives she says keep illegal labor and trafficking networks alive. From there, she pivots into a hard-edged case against the Biden-era handling of unaccompanied migrant children, citing Tara Rodas’s testimony, unanswered hotline messages, and the claim that thousands of children remain missing. The episode then turns to California’s governor's race, where Steve Hilton is held up as the candidate actually showing up, touring all 58 counties, visiting Skid Row, and speaking directly to voters about gas prices, homelessness, and the state’s broken quality of life. Lynda contrasts that with Xavier Becerra, questioning his record at HHS, his absence from debates, and whether the legacy media is shielding him from harder questions.

Sit back, roll your eyes, and let's recap. Rogue Style.

Hello everybody, and welcome to the Rogue Recap. It's Thursday, October 8th, excited to be here with you tonight. I just walked in, it's like around 8, 30, 8, 15-ish. I just walked in after commuting for my New York State office. Always a pleasure to be in the subway and on Amtrak, where Hochl and M. M. Donny show, and they really do show you, okay?

It's not just implied how incapable they are of managing anything. There are homeless people everywhere. There is open-air drug use. There are illegal immigrants who do this thing. I don't know if this is happening in other cities all across America, but it happens here in New York, and it infuriates me.

These little women, they're tiny women. They've got to be between 4'8 and 5'8, and they strap their kids to their chest, or they drag them along with them, and they sell candy bars. So, Sumskum Bag gives them a box of candy, and then they go through the subway cars with their very small children. When I say small, I am talking about 3 years old, 4 years old, okay? So, I'm commuting at night. It's rush hour.

These kids should be home, getting ready for bed, getting bedtime stories, having dinner. They're in the subway system with their illegal alien parents in a sanctuary city like New York, funded by our taxpayer dollars misappropriated to keep them in some sort of federal housing, so that they can walk through subway cars in the evening with their illegal parents selling chocolate bars for $2 to strap hangers who are just trying to get home. And I'm like, putting aside the mere disgust that I have for that entire description, I feel so bad for these little kids. These are the things that make me so angry because the kids are really the ones that are suffering.

It's not anybody else. The kids are the ones that are at the mercy of their idiot parents who thought, you know what, better? Not if I tried to make a good life for myself here in my country. But if I instead went and lived in the subway with my little baby and sold chocolate bars, because that's a great idea, it's not a good idea. And the problem is there is such a massive incentive for them to come here because they get free everything, so they don't actually have to work that hard.

This whole idea that we need illegal immigrants here to do all the jobs that Americans want, that is such bullshit. The only reason that these workers are working is because they charge either nothing, they have unskilled labor, so they pay them unskilled labor fees. They're not on the books. And so there are people who have businesses that employ people like this. So you see them all over the place.

And that's the incentive for them to come. They know that they can make more than they're making in their home country, still, you know, be able to be appealing to these people who have these various organizations groups, groups, and so they're going to be able to pay for them. They're going to be able to pay for various organizations groups, nonprofits, who the hell knows? And then they go and they charge nominal fees compared to an American worker. So Americans are not saying, I don't want the job, Americans don't even know that the job exists because they're never offered the job.

It's offered to an illegal alien because they're going to take half the wages. It's so sick, you know, like when you really start to get down to having a common sense conversation about it, and people will say, but their country's horrible, they need to get out of there, you're right, here's the problem. Sex trafficking, human trafficking, drug trafficking, cartels, mobs that are running these countries are profiting off of countries like ours that actually pay them to allow this bullshit to continue. So what you are doing is enabling the very thing that you say that you're here to stop. I was going to go in a different direction with the show tonight, but I'm actually going to go backwards tonight.

So we have some audio of Steve Hilton. So Steve Hilton is running for governor in California. He's definitely trying to do something that I think a lot of people are afraid to do because he is actually going out there. And so to all 58 counties in the state of California, he has appeared on every single state's debate, even when Becerra doesn't show up. And there's something very nefarious about Becerra. Becerra was the human health secretary's human health services secretary under Joe Biden.

And that was when we had Tara Rodos come before several House committee hearings and testify with regard to the amount of children that were being illegally trafficked against their will taken and kidnapped from these families in the dead of night, and then thrown into whatever labor, you know, forced, you know, rape trafficking, sex trafficking, human trafficking, whatever it was, at the hands of these cartels that were working with the, you know, American mules, which unfortunately America is the biggest consumer of children. It's a sick and sad reality. And it's one that we have to address. I know a lot of people are very uncomfortable talking about that topic, but it is the truth.

And so Becerra wasn't charged. And so Tara Rodos testified and was like, you know, I was working at the HHS. I was there to help these kids. And they were coming and telling me like, I don't want to be here. I was kidnapped from my home. I was taken in the dead of night. They started to put out these phone numbers that children who were being trafficked could call.

And it was this hotline that they could leave these messages on. And thousands and thousands of messages were left. And they were completely unanswered. I mean, nobody knows where these kids even went. They're being put with these quote unquote, foster families, aunts and uncles. Meanwhile, the kids have never met them before.

And everybody's on the take. So Becerra wasn't charged with all of this. And they know it. And so now he's got these federal charges pending that have to do with misappropriation of funds. They're even saying now that he misappropriated funds to hire illegal aliens to campaign for his gubernatorial run now.

So I'm like, you know, it's one this whole idea of sanctuaries and sanctuary states. I am at a loss of how we as conservatives, we as Republicans have had control of the executive branch, the congressional, the, the, the, the, the, the, all of Congress, right? How, House and Senate we have the Attorney General's office, right? The DOJ. We have, we're controlling everything. And yet we are unable to cut off funding to those states that have chosen to not follow along with what the president has mandated, which is that.

If you're here illegally, you got to get out. And I'm so sick of people talking about, well, they've been here for 20 years. And, you know, they're really a citizen of our country. And I'm like, you know, I don't understand how for 20 years you have lived here and haven't figured out how to become a citizen. For 20 years, you have worked through the process. Really? I mean, I know we're backed up to five years in our DHS. I know that.

I know that there are issues with customs and immigration. There's no mystery there. But if you've been living here for between 20 and 30 years and you haven't figured out how to pay your taxes, how to get a social security number or a tax ID. How to legalize yourself and become a tax paying member of this country that you are reaping so many benefits and rewards from, then I think you have to go. You're clearly not willing or able to be an active participant in society that benefits our country.

And people will say, no, they're an active member of society. They've got kids in school and they've got, I'm sure they do. But their kids are actually taking away from my kids opportunities because their kids are getting things, especially these DACA recipients, because that's what the left loves, right? The left loves the story. And that's exactly what it is. It is a work of fiction. Because the truth is much different.

So when you're looking at fighting age men coming across the border from all different countries, third world nations, hostile nations, nations that have no interest in doing anything that has to do with assimilation, when you are seeing people that are coming from China, God knows what they're bringing as far as fentanyl and drugs across the border. And then we're seeing the rape trees and little kids going with these groups of people that they've never met before. And then you have someone who ran all of this, Xavier Becerra, who's now running for Governor of California, as if Newsom and his scumbag wife didn't screw it up enough. Now we have to have Becerra. So I was doing a little bit of research into this and there was an article that came out today.

It's in the California Globe. The title of the article is Becerra's baggage would have taken down anyone. Quote, how is the median not hammering Becerra on the missing migrant children, the Awan brothers scandal, and 22.6 billion dollars in grants for migrants from 2020 to 2024? There are serious questions about Becerra's long record in elected office that deserves answers. He was there at HHS under Biden and the government's handling of unaccompanied migrant children, which has been the subject of extencils of extencils.

And has been the subject of extensive investigative reporting, including the New York Times. And migrant children are still missing and the legacy media is not interested. So I'm trying to figure out myself, if we still don't know what happens to all these kids, and we're not talking about 100 kids, we're talking about tens of thousands of children that are still missing that came in and were manipulated and maneuvered throughout this country on Becerra's watch. So why would we ever elect him to hold official office as a governor of anything? Let alone the state of California.

It's a hot mess. We need somebody like Steve Hilton to come in and actually do the work. Here's a quick clip of Steve. Wait, so they're charging you $1,085 for three years. Are you kidding me? Yes. It's crazy. Tell me about it. Tell me about it. What about 73.

But I'm Governor. $73 per car per truck by year. Make out? How do you like that? Do you like that? All right, let's go.

So he's going out and he's talking to people and he's really tapping into the issues that matter to people every day, right? These are the people that are trying to pay for their car registration, trying to pay for eight and nine dollar gas because they've cut off all access for California to be able to do anything normal there. So they've got gas taxes unlike any other state in the country and they won't allow us to drill. There's no refinery. So they can't do anything there, right? And Steve Hilton is going around and talking to people.

He's in people's apartments. He's in people's houses. He's on skid row. He's working with Joey Tuccio trying to help the animals. You know, he wants to help everybody. And he's saying to you, yeah, sure, I'm a Republican, but I'm here for everybody.

When was the last time you saw Newsom on skid row? When was the last time you saw Becerra do anything? Becerra is not showing up to debate. This tells us one main thing, okay? This tells us that there is more money than God in this race and there are a lot of people with a lot of other things at stake, power, influence, access, clearance. And they need Becerra to win because they know if Steve Hilton wins,

they're never getting all of the things that they want. And they're never going to be able to give all of the things that they've promised for the monies that they've taken. So when you look at somebody like Steve Hilton, who now has 73% of the popular vote, when they're going out and they're doing the polls, people are saying, I don't want more of this. I have to step over human feces. I have to step over homeless.

I have to walk by cracktons. I can't even take my kid to the park because I don't know if they're spettin' on the grass. Don't forget that story where that mom took her dog and her ten-month-old, lays out a blanket on the grass, right, and Santa Monica. And it's just trying to have a nice morning and be with her family, which I think is amazing. It sits down, the baby starts to have trouble breathing. They don't know what's going on.

It touched fentanyl on the grass from some scumbag who used it overnight to get high out of their mind. And the baby started to go to die. She calls 911. Thank God a police officer is nearby. They have no right can. They're able to administer it to the baby and the dog.

And then the dang officer starts to go into cardiac arrest because of the dang fentanyl. Like this is the stuff that's happening all the time, and you're not seeing it on the news and you're not hearing about it because it's uncomfortable. And it makes people have to say, oh, is that happening? Oh, are the Democrats doing that? Is that something that I need to be familiar with, aware of?

You know, it's so sick and it's so upsetting that this is where we're at. And it's so sick and it's so upsetting that people would rather look away and not learn about all of the things that are happening and how they can prevent it, how they can help, how they can do better. They would rather do something like, it's not happening at all. And then say, I'm sorry, I can't be a part of this and I just have to vote for the status quo because that's what I've always done. I've always voted a Democrat, so that's what I'm going to do.

It's not thinking about party because people that are going to get into these offices in your states, it's not going to only just be about party. It's going to be about the person that's working with the rest of the legislative body in California. So if you've never voted Republican before, but you like what the Republican candidate is saying and everything that they're trying to do, whether it's lower taxes, lower gas prices, make community safe, make the parks clean again, clean up, skid row, healthy animals, I mean, these are all things that help everyday people. You want to be able to go back into stores that are leaving your state in record numbers. I mean, the U-Haul numbers leaving California are astronomical and it started honestly right after COVID because they were such lunatics with all their COVID restrictions and they never came back.

And they went to places like Utah, like Colorado, not that that's much better or Denver, you know, like places like Texas, right? But they never came back to California. So now you have Steve Felton and he's out there and he's offering the people of California something a little bit different. And he's asking, Becerra, why do you keep pulling out of the debates? Why don't you want to have these conversations about these issues?

So we've just heard that Becerra has pulled out of the LA Times debate that is scheduled for tomorrow, pulled out of the LA Times debate. He promised that there would be debates. Plural, there was one last week. Oh, I wonder why he pulled out of this one. Do you think it can have anything to do with this new poll that showed that the massive majority of people who watched the debate decided that I'm the best choice for governor?

It is totally pathetic that this guy won't debate, won't do any interviews, won't do anything. He has taken you for granted and it is completely outrageous. And that slogan that Steve Hilton has, wake up California, could not be more accurate, could not be more true. We need people to get like, my God, wake up, get off the couch, go out, motivate your friends, motivate your neighbors. You saw what they did to Spencer Pratt. You know they're going to try and do this to Steve Hilton.

And the idea that the average Californian who just went through what happened in the Palisades, you've had so many, whether it's the Santa Ana winds, what happened in the Palisades, and they've got no help, no permits, nobody's able to rebuild. It is disgusting. It's time for change. Change that helps people as humans, not Democrats, not Republicans, human beings that need to live a better life in what once was a very beautiful state. And you know, if you look at all these lunatic liberal stars, they're leaving.

And what's sad is they go to these other places, like they go to Florida, they go to Tennessee, you know they go to South Carolina, it's beautiful there. And you just pray that they leave their bullshit politics where it belongs in California, because they already destroyed that state. I really think that Newsom and his wife are such horrible people. I actually think they're really dangerous. And I believe, and I've said this for a long time, that we are here in a spiritual war, okay?

And I'm not like a proselytizer at all. But I know even when I see it. And I think the average person does too. You open your eyeballs, you look around, you see a woman like her, his wife talking about how they want to, you know, do transgender this and transgender that. I want to fund this hospital. I want to hide it from parents. I want kids to have puberty blockers and shut up.

What are you even talking about? Go screw up your own kids. How about you do that, leave mine alone? There have to be more parents that are not afraid of the backlash. They can't cancel everybody. They can try.

But there has to be enough of us to speak out and say, enough, leave the kids alone. You guys are adults. You turned out to be terrible people. There's nothing we can do. You're baked, you're cooked. It's done.

But the next generation is watching you. And I have to say, I think they're going, yeah, I'm good. I'm all set with this. I want no part of that at all. I know that's how I feel. When I look at these kiddos and I see them, I'm like, mm-hmm. I feel you could, I feel exactly the same way.

And so now I'm looking at Becerra and he's asking our, you know, attorney general Todd Blanche, who unfortunately is a Democrat, or just changed his status to Republican once he got into office under Trump. And they just delayed another hearing with regard to Becerra until after the election. Why would they do that? So there's the most outrageous story I've just seen. Ex-use him, a Dana Williamson sentencing pushed to December.

What is this about? It's the Javier Becerra corruption scandal where he took money from his California campaign account, breaking federal and state law, in order to talk about the salary of his former Chief of Staff, from McCloskey, so that he could go with him to Washington. And there's a federal prosecution, they've led guilty, but the sentencing keeps being delayed. And now it's being delayed till after the election. This is an absolute scandal. What are the federal authorities doing about this?

What is Todd Blanche? This is a federal matter. What are they doing? Letting Becerra state like this. The voters of California need to know if Becerra is a crook before the election, not afterwards.

Exactly right. And I have to tell you, I'm definitely perplexed as to why Todd Blanche would not want the people of California to have a window into what is actually happening. We're getting a lot of audio out about a lot of these different candidates. And as we're having these conversations and we're trying to really have moments of clarity, people are shocked. Like, oh, Abdul Al-Sayedi was at another campaign stop date and somebody asked him about Iran.

And he's unable to talk about Iran because obviously he's an Islamic sympathizer. And we've already heard him say previously, but he didn't know he was being recorded, that he didn't want to talk about the Supreme Leader being killed by the United States because a lot of his people feel bad about that and they're sad. Oh, well, that's probably because you have dual citizenship and you're actually not just a citizen of the United States. And it's probably because you lied about being a doctor and you've actually never practiced or taken care of any patients. And now you're lying about how you feel about Iran, the state sponsor of terror that funds every other state and allows them to commit terrorist acts because that's how you identify.

This is you all day, every day. And the issue is not that we don't know about it. The issue is that not enough legacy media and alphabet sitting media is playing it so that people can actually see what is going on. That is where we're at. That is why it is so horrible. And that is why we're in a spot that we actually get to where people are like, oh, I never heard that before.

I'm like, this is not the first time that he is unable to condemn Iran. This is not the first time that we're hearing about this. This is actually the second or third time. And the fact that he's trying to put everything to the side and act like he doesn't care, we are all too smart for that, guys. So this is a quicker one tonight. I want to thank you for tuning in.
