Where was God when you needed Him?

Have you ever heard anyone ask, “Where was God when I needed Him?” or maybe, “Why didn’t God show up when I asked Him to?” Sometimes we even accuse God of not helping us, all because He didn’t help us in the exact way we asked Him to. Been there, had that argument with myself, and that disappointment in God. But what I learned was that God didn’t disappoint me. He was there when I thought He wasn’t. Sometimes we have to get some distance from the pain, the problem, the situation in order to see clearly that He always, always has a plan and a purpose.
