Diagnosed with autism in her 50s, Nadine shares a deeply personal journey through childhood, trauma, motherhood, and rebuilding her life from the ground up. Through it all, writing became her way of processing the world, giving voice to what couldn’t always be spoken. This episode is different. It weaves conversation with poetry, offering a raw and powerful look at what it means to feel misunderstood and what it feels like to finally understand yourself.
