Roger started on his collegiate journey at Ohio University and the University of Illinois before earning a BBA in Accounting from Wichita State University in 1970. For over five decades, he has been blessed with a loving marriage to Alice, his wife of 54 years, and the joy of two children and seven grandchildren. After spending 13 years with Coldwell Banker, Roger and Alice ventured to Southern California, establishing Kent Mortgage Corporation in 1988. Their transformative encounter with Bob Shank's ministry at Priority Living in 1989 ignited a profound maturation in their journey as followers of Jesus Christ. In 1993, Roger joined the Board of Priority Living, and his commitment to spiritual growth deepened through his participation in the Master's Program, which he has completed four times over the past 27 years, adapting to life's ever-changing circumstances. His dedication to the program extended beyond personal growth as he co-coached two cohorts of the Master's Program in India in 2016.
