If so, this is the perfect podcast for you!   For the 64th episode and 1st episode of Season 4, Vincent A. Lanci brings on the “Where’s My Lemonade” team from London, in Jamie Brockhurst and Raessa Mumith. They are two twenty-something friends who have come together with the single purpose of helping people remember that there is a light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to their mental health. They talk about gratitude, the importance of play (yes even as adults) and talk frankly and honestly about mental obstacles. Over the last two years, they have pulled together 17 people from across the globe to each tell stories of positivity and managing mental health. These incredible authors share stories of building body confidence, self-love, tales of resilience, courage and authenticity.  They put this all together in a book called  ‘Where’s My Lemonade?’ and published it during lockdown and donated all profits to the Mental Health Foundation charity. The book has sold all over the world and has helped many people feel like they are not alone in their struggles. These ladies are breaking down mental health stigmas each day and contributed an episode YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS. Host Name: Vincent A.
