 What is joy? Many think of joy as an emotion that is evoked by having something one desires. But where is joy when we don't have something we desire?  Where can joy be found then? No one can give you joy and no one can take joy away from you.  Listen as Mary Ellen reminds you that joy is already within you. As you practice attuning to the Presence within you begin to feel the joy that's already there. Practicing gratitude and making a gratitude list of even the smallest things can be a way of stirring up the joy that is already within you. "The joy of the Lord is my strength."
