Season 3 Episode 15 – The Waiting Room We’re chatting about episode 15 of This Is Us. The Pearson’s are waiting for updates on Kate’s condition. Aside from worrying about Kate, the family is facing their own personal dilemmas. Randall and Beth are still dealing with Randall asking Beth to give up her dream. Kevin is not dealing with the fact that he’s drinking again. Kevin and Randall have reverted to how they treated each other as teenagers. All the while, Rebecca is suffering emotionally (and possibly physically). Not only is she dealing with her only daughter being hospitalized, she’s reliving the loss of Jack.
