Whew chile, who isn’t listening about spiritual hygiene ?

Okay so y’all can hear me channeling y’all ancestors frustrations (barking at y’all) about spiritual hygiene practices like.. there are people in the collective that are not innerstanding that you are a spirit having a human experience. therefore you need to cleanse your spirit and drink more water . Do not fear your gifts learn and embrace cause you can’t shut them off. Please replay cause I personally will not repeat this again. I mention it enough during other podcasts but ancestors are saying y’all aren’t applying the knowledge just listening that’s out ! Time to start on your spiritual hygiene like yesterday type shit.
