Which College Football Playoff Format Would Be Best For The Buckeyes?
from Buckeyes TomOrrow Morning · host Buckeye Insiders Network
The College Football Playoff will have a different look in 2026, but it's still up in the air what that new format might look like. The Big Ten and SEC are pushing a format where they would each get four guaranteed spots, the Big 12 and ACC would get two each, the non-power leagues would get one, and three spots would be set aside for an at-large team. Other leagues seem to favor five conference champions getting a guaranteed spot, with the other 11 spots going to at-large teams. So which of those formats would have typically worked out better for Ohio State? Tony Gerdeman of BuckeyeHuddle.com joins host Tom Orr to discuss that and more.
