Which Schools DIDN'T Vote To Sue FSU? | Phil Steele's ACC Preview | Umpiring Nightmare

from Locked On ACC - Daily College Football & Basketball Podcast · host Locked On Podcast Network

The Tampa Bay Times has revealed which ACC schools did not attend the meeting to vote on suing Florida State University. Clemson and North Carolina abstained from attending the meeting, while Florida State was not invited due to the conflict of interest. The remaining ACC members, twelve of them, voted unanimously to take the lawsuit forward. The ACC was rushing to get their suit filed in North Carolina before FSU filed their suit against the ACC in Florida. Now, the ACC is appealing in Florida to have that lawsuit put on hold while the North Carolina case moves forward. Will the ACC get their wish? Both sides would like the case to advance in their “home court” in hopes of a friendlier outcome. Hosts Alex Donno and Kenton Gibbs break down the latest ACC news. Phil Steele’s annual College Football Preview has been released to digital subscribers. Steele seems highest on Miami to win the conference, but his Power Ratings like the Hurricanes, Clemson Tigers and Florida State Seminoles as co-favorites. Donno and Gibbs discuss the umpiring horror show in the Super Regional baseball matchup between Clemson and Florida.Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors!LinkedInThese days every new potential hire can feel like a high stakes wager for your small business.
