Which teacher or lineage should I learn from or teach from?

In this episode I discuss some insights I had from the Usui Reiki 2022 global centennial conference in Osaka. Here so many different lineages joined together to discuss and practice Reiki and there was one thing we all had in common - committed to the unity of Reiki no matter who your teacher or how you practice! So how then does we know how to choose a lineage or teacher? And is there a right or wrong answer?
