We think Florida State is an absolute no-brainer, along with their ACC rival the Miami Hurricanes. Both Florida State Football and Miami Football are rich with resources, recruiting pipelines, and an upward trajectory related to on-field success. Utah Football and Clemson Football are other successful programs that would fit well. There is always Notre Dame, too, but if they wanted to join they probably would have struck a deal already.
