This comes at a time when Samsung as well reported earnings and the chipmaker announced that their operating profit margins likely plunged 32% in the third quarter. Finally, half of the coal industry is still on an expansion course in a reckless mining rush while Ron Insana believes that it's time for the US to use an "all the above" energy policy in order to take on OPEC+.
