Where is God in the midst of sorrow and difficulty? And more specifically, why do bad things happen to me? Job asks these same questions amidst the worst set of circumstances one could imagine. Stripped of everything – family, prosperity, health – Job cries out to God with honest questions. And when God responds, from a whirlwind of all places, God takes Job on a tour of creation to teach him some immutable truths about who God is and where we can find peace, comfort and even hope in the worst of life’s storms.
