Tonight on Whispers we welcome Joe Montaldo. Joe is the co-founder, international director, and spokesperson for I.C.A.R. the International Community for Alien Research and has researched alien abductions for over 25 years. He is host of UFO Undercover, a talk radio show dealing with UFO's and the alien abduction phenomenon and is also the CEO of the UFO Paranormal Radio Network, a radio network that is home to a variety of radio shows and programming. We will be discussing current research being done on alien abductions and alien contact, X-Conference 2009 and other current UFO issues.
