Her favorite holiday is Halloween, which she celebrates almost every day. She lives in the attic of an old Victorian in San Francisco. Roy Holman is a yoga teacher, author, and healer who leads yoga retreats in Washington, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Sedona.
