The guy in the yellow shirt exposed the operation by thinking his actions have no consequences. Yellow shirt guy is the type that does not consider the lives of individuals & wants more corrupt DeKalb County money for more boats. This is garbage. This is the Post-Pandemic Corruption I have been talking about. WhistlinDiesel is experiencing something that countless of other citizens in that county have experienced. There is a disconnect with DeKalb County. They are not helping people. They are ruining lives. They are ruining futures. FOR MONEY When I was 23, I was not able to get a job at Chase Bank due to a trespassing misdemeanor I received when I was 18. Where was I trespassing? I was skateboarding at Gilbert Elementary School in Gilbert, Arizona. Ryan Lay was there. The cop put him in handcuffs. The cop even said, "I know these handcuffs won't fit on your wrists, but I am putting them on you anyway." Luckily, Ryan didn't have that charge stay on his record. Because he was 12.
