Whitewashed Walls
from Bible Insights with Wayne Conrad Hosted by Wayne A Conrad
Send us Fan Mail This podcast exposes the danger of false prophets who invent messages from their own imagination rather than receiving divine revelation. Using the metaphor of whitewashing cracks in a wall, it illustrates how superficial religious language masks spiritual decay and leads people into destruction. The text contrasts these deceivers with Jesus' warning in Matthew 7 that true faith is evidenced by obedience to God's will, not merely outward religious performance. It emphasizes that God's judgment will inevitably expose the foundation of such falsehoods, leaving no room for deception. Believers are urged to test all teachings against Scripture to maintain genuine discernment and avoid being led astray.
