Episode 1: Who Am I? The Story Behind Turning Our Hearts Who am I, and why am I starting this podcast? In this first episode, I’m opening up about my own faith journey . From childhood experiences that left me feeling misunderstood, to a Young Women leader who made me feel loved when I needed it most, to watching someone make a difference in my son’s life simply by noticing him, my story is full of moments that have stayed with me. I’ll share the experience that changed the way I understood Heavenly Father—not as someone to fear, but as a Father who loves me. And I’ll explain how these experiences led me to ask a question that has stayed with me: How many people are carrying stories we may never see, and how often could one small act of love change the direction of someone’s heart? Turning Our Hearts is a place for honest stories about faith, doubt, struggle, belonging, and the moments that strengthen us in ways we never expected. This isn’t about blame or judgment. It’s about listening, understanding, and learning how we can help each other feel seen, loved, and wanted. Because sometimes a testimony isn’t strengthened by another lesson. Sometimes it’s strengthened by a story.
