Today, with the increasing prevalence in pop culture and nearly every beauty icon of our generation partaking in minor and sometimes major cosmetic enhancements, we want to create a platform on which we can have a conversation with fellow Millennials - to educate themselves on the varying options and take an informed view, setting more realistic expectations for us all.
