Who Are We? // People With Heavenly Inheritance [1 Peter 1:1-12] (Jeff Samuel)

We start our journey into 1st Peter this week with Jeff Samuel speaking on "People With Heavenly Inheritance" from 1 Peter 1:1-12. Jeff starts us off strong as he looks at the differnt names that we know Peter by. He then dives straight into our text, looking at verse 1 in an inter-linear context, to see who this letter is written to. Jeff pivots for a segment and looks at how a "paradox" works in the context of scripture, looking at some of the controversial topics presented and discussing the importance of finding balance in interpretation. He then picks up in verse 3, and with the context he's covered, Jeff dives into the rest of todays passage.
