Who are you connected with?

When was the last time you did a hard look at your inner circle? Who are you connected with and how do they make you feel? Is the relationship fruitful, are you able to have transparent conversations, how do they make you feel, do you feel like it's a beneficial connection where you are both learning and growing? Some people are with us for a season and others are there for a lifelong journey. Make sure you know the difference between associates, acquaintances, friends, mentors, etc, and don't try to force anything.
