To open up the show, I talk about the upcoming card for NJPW Power Struggle and a particular title match being added to the card. I also briefly talk about the NWA 70th Anniversary Show and the two title matches involving the crowning of the NWA National Championship and the 2 Out Of 3 Falls Match for the NWA World's Heavyweight title in a rematch between Cody Rhodes and Nick Aldis. Of course, we get into NXT talking about the NXT Tag Team title match between the Undisputed Era and the War Raiders and the rematch between Bianca Belair and Nikki Cross with a surprise return by Aleister Black. Finally, I break down the quarterfinals of the Mae Young Classic involving the main event between Mia Yim and Toni Storm and an unfortunate injury that occurred during the episode.
