Who Can You Sit in a Fox Hole With

In his book Leaders Eat Last, Simon Sinek talks of this idea of can you sit a fox hole with the leaders around you.  I ask you the same question.  Can you sit there with the people you are around and more importantly can you sit there with you? What Sinek is asking is do you have integrity? The integrity to put your life in someone else's hands and have them put theirs in yours?
