I wish B was here because we are about to talk about the Detroit Pistons. The Detroit Pistons are 36 and 29 and currently sits in the Eastern Conference just one game behind fourth place, which is a huge turnaround for franchise that only won 31 games over the previous two seasons. Who deserves credit for this turnaround? And it's Kate Cunningham, a top five point guard in the league right now.
I'm talking about Jackie Bigger stuff and the front office deserve the most credit just for the continuity and adults finally being in the room getting Monty Williams the fuck about it here dude. That was honestly just egregious. It's an egregious sign in Monty Williams in the huddle given, you know saying like sermons and shit and we don't want to go home. He didn't want to coach it all.
He took the money and we're over here now in 30. I mean I agree but also I mean if you're grieving like that then it's like we're like take some time for yourself. Don't bring the sermons to our huddle when we're down 30 to the pit to the fucking Lakers bro like it's not the time. But Kate Cunningham, I'm not really sure where I have him at.
I think that he's an amazing talent also. You could say he's top five and I'm going to argue it. I probably got to see one more season before I rank the guy like that just because of how bad the team has been. But he's an amazing great handle.
Really good around the basket. I think a shot can also even get better which is kind of scary for where he's at in his development. And I think he has kind of some fucking type of attitude to him as well when he gets pretty pissed off which I think is good for a point guard. So this deserve a lot of credit.
The East is horrendous though. So let's act like 36 and 29. That is like the fact that that's like in contention and not even in play in the East is so bad. And the six of these have just broke my heart last two two years.
But yeah, no great great season and shout out to the front office from finally getting it right and putting adults in the room like to buy his hair. That was a pretty smart signing. Good deal too. So new front off is the new front office.

I do think that K is the top five. We're talking right now. He's the top five point guard. His numbers are insane.
I like what they're doing in Detroit. I mean shit. 20 years about out on there. First time I had the shape.

So you choice up right now. Yeah, I was two years too early on the trade because I've always felt that the trade had the talent that they just weren't able to put it together. But again, you got to give credit to my theory three to five. What year is this for K Cunningham?
Year five. And we're starting to see him ascend. Same thing with Jalen Green. We saw Jalen Green really started to ascend last year.
But at the end of the day, three to five, do I put him in as a top five point guard? 100% are the Detroit Pistons scary. I'm going to say no, but I think the biggest thing for them is playoff experience. They got to get to the dance.
They got to experience with that playoff atmosphere is like and they will grow exponentially from it because you know, we're talking about OK CB and Young. Detroit is relatively young as well. I think for the majority of their players a little bit further along, even in a league longer. But that all that being said, Jimmy Bigger staff is the main reason why we've seen this turnaround and he is my coach of the year candidate leading the pack, in my opinion.
He should definitely win it for the amazing turnaround that they've had this season. And in Q, I feel you 37 to 29 doesn't sound crazy. But when you're coming from where Detroit came from, they might as well be 82 and no. That's what this feels like.
You know what I'm saying? So it's relative to the situation. And here's the thing now, maybe not this year, but next year, they definitely have expectation. You got us what they do in the playoffs.
