Who Do You Have In Your Circle?

from The Resilient Heart Podcast

Who do you have in your circle? The way that you are showing up for yourself, is not the way you show up for others. It's so important to be intentional with the people who you let pour into your life.  As you grow up, you should start to replace the party friends for friends who push you out of your comfort zone, call you out on your bullshit, and help you become a better version of yourself. Listeners will be ready to learn more about yourself, learn triggers and assess the people who are influencing your decision making. Your close friendships should be healthy, thriving successful relationships just like your significant other relationship. You all need someone who loves you enough to be willing to push you, reminds you how incredible you are, and also be okay with having uncomfortable conversations that need to be had.
