Who do you love more?

This podcast is based on Matthew 6:24 We can't love two master one will be loved while the other will be hated and overlooked. And Matthew 22:37 tells us that nothing or nobody is more important or loved before Jesus. Peter told Jesus he loved him more than anything, until he was recognized from being seen with Jesus. Real and true love for Jesus and the spoken word should have allowed peter to tell the truth that he knew Jesus. But he feared for his life that he would be crucified with Jesus. So in that moment he loved himself greater than he loved Jesus so he lied about knowing him. Luke 14:26 tells us if we want to be Jesus disciple and follow him we must forsake all. its goes on to say our devotion should be to Jesus first then everyone else. There are so many friends, mother, father, sister and brother, and even ourselves, that we can't love before Jesus. In a time when peter should have stood with The lord and face what would come. he saw his life more important and his love  for himself greater. He failed in the heat of the moment Are you failing? Are you lying or are you being honest and true? All liers will be condemned. Jesus said a lier would not be in his presents.WORD OF TRUTH / KINDOM OUTREACH PODCAST
