Who Does Work At An Estimate?

Gotta love Bright Electrical Solutions.  They came to an estimate and fixed a problem that my Mom has had for 2 years.  So, my mother needs some work done on her home. They came over and did an estimate. He did the estimate but also repaired 2 electricians mistakes with no additional charge to my Mom. Who goes to do an estimate and then spends 45 minutes fixing a problem that they didn't create. Bright Electrical Solutions does... They fixed a switch plate and socket, corrected some wiring and my Mother is extremely happy. Long story short her light doesn't have to be on to turn on the air conditioning. My mother tried to pay Brett for what he did but he refused.
