WHO IS A SHEPHERD

Do you know who a Shepherd is and what he does? In many churches today, half of the congregation are referred to as Shepherds and yet they don't actually fit that description. Being in Church and inviting people to church does not make you a Shepherd! A Shepherd is the one who cares for the flock.
