Who Is This Man? The Inescapable Power of Jesus – Welcome to the Table (09/08/24)

September 8, 2024 This week, at Lyons-Muir Church, we begin a new teaching series titled, Who Is This Man? The Inescapable Power of Jesus. Through this series, we will look at how Jesus’ power is displayed to the world.  To begin, we look at a turning point in Jesus’ ministry. Jesus’ encounter with the Syrophoenician woman challenges Jesus to expand his ministry beyond the Jewish community. Change is challenging, but when God calls us to expand our purpose and mission, we must step out in faith and trust that God is leading us to something greater.
