Who Needs Christmas | The Message of Christmas | Jason DeShaw

Message Notes Jesus - Yeshua - challenged all assumptions of the coming Messiah. Joseph understood that the angel commanded him to give his son the name of the long-awaited warrior-king. People were looking for a savior, but not the savior they truly needed. Jesus didn't come to deliver us from the consequence of sin. Jesus came to free us from slavery to sin. Salvation in Jesus is so much bigger than forgiveness could ever be. Scripture Matthew 1:20-23; Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 53; John 10:10; Romans 6:12-14 Support the show
