On this episode I'm joined by the owners of Lux Lab Studio in Medford, MA.  Emily Hernandez & Arielle Moynihan barely knew each other last year when they both found themselves trying to figure out what to do next.  Being in the salon/hair industry that took a big hit during the beginning of the pandemic these ladies decided, "lets just open a salon".  And that they did!  They took the risk on the business and each other!  And it's more than paying off!  They became fast friends/business partners that are very open about their communication styles, their differences and even their fights!  No matter what, they learn from it and each other while making their dream a reality!  We talk about hair trends, products and the latest side vs middle part controversy!
